Friendly staff. Clean room

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were wonderful. Young man at front desk was wonderful. Only downside was very noisy children upstairs until after 10pm

The whole hotel was absolutely spotless and smelled clean. The rooms were very comfortable and the frint desk staff were very well spoken and courteous. I will definitely be staying here again.

The best staff plus rooms are always dialed and wicked clean.Pool is always great and saunas super hot!

Love this hotel! Great amenities, service, price, and location. Pet friendly, clean rooms, nice and quiet. Will stay here again for sure!

Room was freezing when I went in , not comfortable what so ever and only one blanket .

Poor amenities, poor breakfast, poor cable , poor Keurig machine. Everything is tired in this hotel.

Enjoyed the pool/hot tub and appreciated the covered smoking area with a bench.

This hotel had the squeakiest king sized bed ever. The room was comfortable and clean.

There could have been more of a Varity and the pancake maker didn't completely cook the pancake. the hashbrown patties were not cooked enough.

Breakfast was undercooked

We stayed 2 nights here, and on the first moght discovered the pool was taken over by swimming lessons with kids of people who werent guests in the hotel.. this went on almost until pool closed on the friday. When we asked front desk about it, at first tried to deny it was happening and then after i stated we couldnt get into the pool because of them he said "oh they will be done in 15 minutes" .. why not let your hotel guests know thst the pool is occupied for almost the entire friday evening when checking in? The next evening we went into the hottub and there were various floaties of lint and hair... gross, but manageable with a shower afterwards. But the biggest health issue came the next morning when we went to use the ice bucket and discovered a dirty used cxndxm with tissue crumpled up inside of it. This left us feeling very dirty and unsure of how clean bed sheets/etc were. When i told front desk and spoke to manager both of them just apologized for the 'inconvenience" and said there was nothing they could do. I asked for refund and they refused to do. He even argued with me that he can 'assure me' that the rooms are clean.. even after i told him what we found and expressed how dirty/gross/disgusted we felt.

This is a typical Best Western. We didn't have a vehicle so were limited to either Subway or A&W if we were looking for a bite to eat. But honestly in all the hotels we have stayed in, hands down, the beds were the absolute worst we have ever slept on. I mean awful. :( Nice to have breakfast included but the hot foods were barely cooked. The hashbrowns and the sausages were warm but barely palatable. The selection of other items, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc was good though. On the upside - the staff was very friendly. Shout out in particular to the front desk guy (forgot to get his name) when we were in need of an umbrella to attend an outdoor event. He said the hotel didn't have any to lend out but he kindly offered his own personal umbrella for us to use for the day. We were grateful for this offer on a rainy lower mainland day!
