It was ok, not amazing. Breakfast was mediocre at best with few choices and was the same all three mornings. No alternative options offered for any dietary restrictions. Room was clean enough but not as advertised in photos for room I thought I had booked. It is also right beside the highway and the noise impact is significant in the front facing rooms.

The property was small but exactly what we were looking for. My family stayed three nights due to a hockey tournament we were attending and it was a nice quiet stay for us. The room was pretty clean overall, and so was the hotel. The pool and hot tub area are a plus for sure and so is the breakfast. Make sure to arrive early as it does get super crowded though!!

Would comment on having a single room not an attached room. The guests than were attached were very noisy

This hotel is located right beside hwy. 403. The traffic noise from the hwy was very loud in the parking lot. I was glad to see we were placed in a room at the back of the hotel, so outside traffic noise wasn't an issue. Check in was quick and efficient. I did notice an odour in the lobby. I thought it smelled like urine, hopefully not! The room was on the ground floor, 110. It was a king with roll in shower. The bed was high with an extremely soft but thick mattress. The bathroom was clean, spacious and had a roll in shower with a pull down seat. It had an overhead shower or hand held shower. The grab bars in the shower were placed at the opposite end from the shower head, which meant there was nothing to hold onto while standing under the shower head. Overall, the room was very nice, clean and spacious with the conveniences of microwave, mini fridge, keurig and big screen wall mounted TV. Unfortunately, at 12:30 a.m. the smoke detector started emitting a loud chirping noise. I called the front desk, the night manager came to the room and removed the smoke detector. He said he didn't know how to fix it, so we were left with no smoke detector in the room. I told the manager that I was concerned in case there was a fire, we had no functioning smoke detector in the room. He said he didn't think there would be a fire!😡

Loved our room, the pool was very nice and hot tub was super hot which was amazing!!! The jets actually worked! Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly!

Breakfast was not very good. Area could have cleaner. Elevator very rough. We did notify them of it but nothing was done as far as we know. Ended up changing hotels.

Overall, it was a decent stay for a short weekend. However, I did find two beetles in the room. The staff was friendly, but housekeeping requests were not handled as promptly as expected. Being on the first floor wasn’t ideal—the noise level was noticeable, and I was woken up a few times by doors slamming and other disturbances.

The best budget freindly Hotel I have ever stayed in Great new renovations Bathroom was very clean and spacious Breakfast was fresh and well laid out. Pool and Hot tub very clean pool was warm

The Tv did not work prooerly and the shower had no hor water. Also we were put in a room that was obviously ment for a handicapped person.

Super clean, friendly staff, close to lots of restaurants and a great breakfast. Will stay again!

Telephone in this room was out of order.It was pointed out at the reception desk but no one came to fix it.

Staff very friendly. Room was lovely and clean and perfect for our family. Two queens and a separate sofa / sitting room. Microwave and sink provided but no crockery except a few paper cups. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Hot tub was lovely and warm and small pool which kids loved. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The pool was a good size and not that deep, so no diving but still you can have a good swim. The gym had really good equipment to work out with. Checking in and checking out was easy and fast and the front desk personnel was very friendly. Overall a great stay! We'll stay here again !!

The rooms were very clean. The in room hot tube was in the shape of a heart and big enough for two people to fit in comfortably.

We stayed one night and overall had an excellent experience. The hotel and room itself felt modern clean and was very comfortable. The choice at the self serve breakfast was good and the stay was great value for the money. One small suggestion that would be a big help would be some simple instructions to operate the TV. Whoever set up the TV and Cogeco system was a sadist, It was not intuitive at all and was an exercise in frustration. Some clear instructions printed out would make all the difference. That niggle aside I’d happily recommend the place.
