I had two complaints. First, I am a silver member of Hotels.Com, so I made a reservation for free wine. However, the hotel staff said that the system was not working properly and that it could not be confirmed. She told me to prove it, so I showed her an email that was booked on my phone. (There was a Silver Member free wine sentence) And yet she wouldn't give me free wine. Eventually, I got angry and said I didn't understand why I had to have this conversation about a system problem. Then she handed me a bottle of wine. I was puzzled. Second, I asked Hotels.COM to install the sofa bed before I arrived. I received a reply email from a staff member that I had left a note. But when I entered the room, the sofa bed was not installed. Overall, the service quality of this hotel is lower in every way than the hotel I stayed at a few weeks ago. I have decided not to book this hotel again. I think the hotel staff needs training to improve their insincere and unpleasant attitudes.

처음 방문한 곳인데 시설은 오래되었지만 상당히 깨끗했어요! 디파짓도 퇴실하고 바로 입금되었구요^^ 재방문 예정입니다!!!!^------^

I stayed with my family (2 kids). The hotel has an excellent gear rental in the lobby, and also has direct access to the Blackcomb slope. It was very convenient: I could just pickup my gear and then hit the slope. After skiing, my family had a complete recovery at the swimming pool and hot tubs in the hotel, surrounded by beautiful snow. There was a game room with ping pong table. Also the room was clean and cozy :)

The advantage is that the hotel is connected to the slopes, but it was disappointing that there was no snow right now. The room was well-equipped with cutlery and well-organized.

생각보다 더 괜찮았던 호텔이다. 욕실, 주방 모두 깨끗했고 특히 수영장은 하루의 피로를 풀수 있는 역할을 했다.

Our room was very clean and offered everything that we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay, room Is clean and cozy. We totally took Advantage of the hot tub!

Schöner Spaziergang aus Whistler Village zum Hotel (30 min zu Fuss vom Ortskern), direkt an der Skipiste und guter Einstieg für Wanderungen.

I have a disability, but we had to travel in a standard van. When we arrived, the hotel didn't have accessible parking, and they wouldn't refund our money. As a result, I had to park the van a ten-minute walk away and walk back to the hotel, all for just one night.

Beautiful view from our mountain view room. Loved seeing the gondolas going up the slope of the mountain and enjoyed sitting out on the terrace/balcony overlooking the pool and hot tubs.

Beautiful hotel. Clean,quiet. Free shuttle to the village.

Loved the first impression the trees lit up at night and the entrance felt magical even though it’s September. Check in was fast and easy and the room did not disappoint!

I left my belongings and never got back my shopping bag. They said room service might have it I never got my clothes back. I gone shopping and my two bags with new clothes were gone when I came back to collect my stuff and handed me a small bag with a pair of my shoes. Really disappointed. Never thought they would take my belongings. Very upset about my stay.

Good size room. It have everything we need. Perfect for a small family.

The property is really beautiful and comfortable. The parking stalls are a little tight but there was always a spot available.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped. All of the appliances were in excellent contition, top quality and almost new. Our 'King' room had ample space and was very comfortable. The air conditioners were quiet. Transportation to the village was great. Free 'Hop on, Hop off" service with a stop at the front door. This was very welcome since the hotel is at the top of a long, steep hill. Two disappointments...The bathroom was small with zero counter space. And the hotel charges $25/day for the indoor parking, but there are no other options to choose from. Your oblidged to use their indoor parking lot. Parking on the street is prohibited and there is no outdoor option. Charging for parking when there are no other options as unacceptable in my opinion.
