I had two complaints. First, I am a silver member of Hotels.Com, so I made a reservation for free wine. However, the hotel staff said that the system was not working properly and that it could not be confirmed. She told me to prove it, so I showed her an email that was booked on my phone. (There was a Silver Member free wine sentence) And yet she wouldn't give me free wine. Eventually, I got angry and said I didn't understand why I had to have this conversation about a system problem. Then she handed me a bottle of wine. I was puzzled. Second, I asked Hotels.COM to install the sofa bed before I arrived. I received a reply email from a staff member that I had left a note. But when I entered the room, the sofa bed was not installed. Overall, the service quality of this hotel is lower in every way than the hotel I stayed at a few weeks ago. I have decided not to book this hotel again. I think the hotel staff needs training to improve their insincere and unpleasant attitudes.

I stayed with my family (2 kids). The hotel has an excellent gear rental in the lobby, and also has direct access to the Blackcomb slope. It was very convenient: I could just pickup my gear and then hit the slope. After skiing, my family had a complete recovery at the swimming pool and hot tubs in the hotel, surrounded by beautiful snow. There was a game room with ping pong table. Also the room was clean and cozy :)

The advantage is that the hotel is connected to the slopes, but it was disappointing that there was no snow right now. The room was well-equipped with cutlery and well-organized.

View is amazing! Staff are great and informative both the night I stayed and the morning I checked out.

Nice pool, hot tub and kitchen. Very few views from rooms.

Was at the top of the hill so very quiet. Bus route to the village was just outside the hotel entrance. Rooms were amazing! Would come back again.

Warm welcome at the reception and a very nice room. The room and especially the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. It could easily be used to cook meals. The outdoor hot tubs - one being adults only and pool were spotless.

Pretty average and honestly overpriced in my opinion. Staff also charged us for parking afterwards instead of letting us know it wasn’t free when we were checking in which is honestly pretty cheeky. Was not impressed by that. Won’t be staying here again

My room backed on to the trees so it was very quiet and had amazing sleeps. There is a free shuttle right outside the hotel that takes you right in to the village. They have a really nice pool and hot tub.
