I had two complaints. First, I am a silver member of Hotels.Com, so I made a reservation for free wine. However, the hotel staff said that the system was not working properly and that it could not be confirmed. She told me to prove it, so I showed her an email that was booked on my phone. (There was a Silver Member free wine sentence) And yet she wouldn't give me free wine. Eventually, I got angry and said I didn't understand why I had to have this conversation about a system problem. Then she handed me a bottle of wine. I was puzzled. Second, I asked Hotels.COM to install the sofa bed before I arrived. I received a reply email from a staff member that I had left a note. But when I entered the room, the sofa bed was not installed. Overall, the service quality of this hotel is lower in every way than the hotel I stayed at a few weeks ago. I have decided not to book this hotel again. I think the hotel staff needs training to improve their insincere and unpleasant attitudes.

I stayed with my family (2 kids). The hotel has an excellent gear rental in the lobby, and also has direct access to the Blackcomb slope. It was very convenient: I could just pickup my gear and then hit the slope. After skiing, my family had a complete recovery at the swimming pool and hot tubs in the hotel, surrounded by beautiful snow. There was a game room with ping pong table. Also the room was clean and cozy :)

The advantage is that the hotel is connected to the slopes, but it was disappointing that there was no snow right now. The room was well-equipped with cutlery and well-organized.

Really pleased with our second stay here. It’s a little bit tired in places. But given the battering it takes with winter sports it’s not surprising. The AC units are new and find it to be VERY clean. Staff couldn’t be more polite or helpful. And generally their rates are very competitive. Imagine well back before long.

Just don't like parking for fee.

Hotel was excellent large room very clean we really enjoyed our stay at this resort, we will come back and stay here again it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Further than the village than I would have liked BUT they have a shuttle (BC transit) which goes to the village. I would stay again.

I thought parking was free but it was 50$

easy to ski down to the gondola.

Only disappointment is $25 to park and there are no other options offered on the street for 1km or further.

It’s wonderful place specially for couples 😊
