여행지가 가까워서 위치는 너무 좋습니다. 오래된 건물이라 나무가 벌어진 곳도 있지만 감안하시면 될듯 합니다. 창문이 뻑뻑하지만 시설은 깨끗합니다. 가격대비 저렴하진 않지만 위치가 큰 역활을 하는것 같습니다.

위치좋은것제외하고는 추천할만 한 게 없는 호텔임.내부 상태도 낡았고,주인도 매우 불친절함.고가의 가격은 아니지만 효율면에서 절대 추천할 수 없음.차라리 약간의 돈을 더 지불하고 다른 곳을 가는 것을 추천함

Affordable, convenient, clean, accommodating staff.

Dans notre chambre l’air climatisé pas excellent. Aussi ils ont essayé de nous satisfaire en nous donnant un fan pas très efficace et très bruyant

Terrible stink in the hotel and the room itself. The towels were dirty and the bathroom barely had enough space to stand. The sink was essentially a hole in the wall and there wasn't enough space to be able to do the essentials. The cost was the only thing that seemed attractive, but then I guess one has to acknowledge that cheap doesn't always mean good. I will say though that the bed was comfortable and the bed linen clean. It didn't mention that there was 2 flight of stairs to be climbed to get to the room. All said and done, it wasn't the best experience and I definitely won't recommend anyone to go there.

There’s no air-conditioning in this building. It’s basically open a window. The showers need to be updated and renovated. The room was very old and outdated. The basics of a hotel room are the bathroom where you shower and wash, clean towels, clean face cloths which I had to ask for. There’s a language barrier. Also, the parking there’s eight parking spots for 20 rooms. When I get there they requested, I give them my keys in my vehicle, which I wasn’t doing. They need to be able to move the vehicles accordingly to one car and block the other car in . One can’t be picky downtown Montreal for parking.

Overall, I would rate Hotel Casa Bella as “okay.” It’s not a place for luxury, but it serves its purpose well if you know what to expect. The building is quite old, and the rooms reflect that. Don’t expect modern standards — this is a basic stay with a bed, TV, mini fridge, microwave, and the essentials for a short visit. The biggest advantage is the location: it’s right in downtown Montreal, next to Place des Arts. In the summer, it’s very easy to walk to performances, festivals, and lively pedestrian streets nearby. It’s also close to grocery stores, public transit, and Central Station, making day trips to Quebec City or Ottawa convenient. Be sure to check whether your room has a private or shared bathroom. Shared facilities are usable but not very clean, and the rooms and furniture are quite old, with visible dust in places. The water temperature was also unstable, which was the main issue during my stay. On the positive side, it was quiet at night, and I slept well. Overall, it’s an affordable option in a great location that meets basic needs, as long as expectations are realistic.

Very good property, some reviews are misleading and made us curious. But to our surprise Hotel, Staff and everything was perfect

Avoid ! I had 1 night in this hotel and no shower or bathroom in my room. Very old hotel never renovated. Poorest experience in my life and Inoaid 650$ because it was F1 race

Limited crowded parking, but ar least they had parking in Montreal.

Muy mala habitación una ducha muy pequeña, no hacían la limpieza. Eso si buena localización.

O quarto é grande e a limpeza é ótima! Localização incrível e possum estacionamento! Ia ficar so um dia, mas acabei ficando mais um!

Yes parking was available for us it was like first come first served. It was behind the hotel .cleanliness was good too .Environment was good like quite .Lastly I would say its really good for a short stay, and it is one of the cheapest options too.

Friendly staff, good communication and pay attention to customer needs.

No bedding change, trouble with the hot water faucet, could not get a hot shower at first, it was fixed with a temporary solution.

Room and hotel was as expected. Cramped and bed is slightly uncomfortable but this us one of the cheapest options in the area (with parking!). I had to kill a cockroach however and the sink tap was quite weak. You truly get what you pay for so not really complaining here.
