Great night stay! The restaurant is well priced and delicous

We only stayed one night, but the staff was super helpful and very polite and friendly. We were surprised by a breakfast voucher for the next morning, and the meal was excellent. Staff in the dining area were all very nice and extremely helpful. Overall, it was a most enjoyable experience.

Old and in need of repair in many areas. The air conditioner knob was broken off so it ran continuously.. the door lock beeped in need of new batteries. The bathroom was small and uninviting.. the breakfast was great! The only redeeming feature of our stay.

Breakfast voucher on-site restaurant provided excellent menu options plus continental buffet. Bed was very cmfortable. Excellent walk-in shower. Heat/cooling system not operable - fortunately the weather was cool.

The basic needs were met but the cleanliness and state of the room was a bit off putting — luckily I was in and out of town quickly so not much time was spent here.

Hotel Looks nice from Expedia photos. Room that I booked was in rough shape. Light switch’s that didn’t work. Bulbs burnt out. TV never worked properly. Charged a $200 deposit they only returned $100 with no explanation. No extra blankets or bed cover. Only one chair in the room and wheels were broken. Zero water pressure. Would not stay again. No follow-up from hotel with invoice or explanation.

Restaurant was good. Breakfast and service was excellent

The pool and water slide were an amazing feature. The rooms were a tad small but the free breakfast was like no other. It was a full breakfast and lots to choose from as we travelled across Canada, this one had the best breakfast and pool area.

I am giving Clarion a 5 star recommendation due to their cleanliness. I rarely give five stars. I was in Medicine Hat because of my son‘s illness. I was there for three weeks.The hotel is older, but they keep it in excellent condition. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are sparkling clean. The workout room is everything you need! Morning breakfast (complementary) is amazing. Kudos to their chef. The service was exceptional. I thank you,Manika. The hotel is close to the hospital, gas services,live theatre, fast food, excellent restaurants, such as their own, and Rustic Kitchen. All within walking distance. Importantly for me, it was very quiet at night.

The price was reasonable the breakfast that is included was good and lots of it. Beds were comfortable , room was clean Staff was pleasant

The Clarion Point was a great stay for the rate, the buffet breakfast was open at 6:00am which is a definite bonus, kids and parents both enjoyed the slide and hot tub. Only downside was the visible dirty hand prints all over the white doors, door frames and walls.

The hotel needs upgrades and a little better cleaning..but the linens were clean and the hotel wasnt noisy. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. Happy that my cat was allowed for the stay.

The staff were wonderful and the air conditioning worked very well. But the room was not very clean and the furniture and room were quite worn. The door lock was damaged/broken, the chair looked as though a cat had used it as a scratching post, the fridge was not level and was difficult to open. The first room we were put in had left over A&W in the side table drawer.

Was good for the price. Needs some maintenance.
