Loved the staff and the pool, hotel is well maintained

Our two ‘queen’ beds were definitely doubles. The hot tub was not hot. The pool was cold. My kids were not able to swim in it at all.

Very friendly staff. They were very pleasant when they informed us our request for 3 rooms close together at the time of booking could not be accommodated. Pleasant when we were told it would be a few extra hours for our rooms to be ready and pleasant when we were told the pool temperature ( which was turning the kids lips blue) could not be adjusted. Beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Breakfast was very good. We stay for the water slide. Pool temp may affect that decision our next time through Medicine Hat. Kids were too cold to enjoy it. Adults did not brave it.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. The restaurant is delicious. They had live music in the lounge and our room was so comfortable with a great homey feel.

Honestly it is not worth it to stay here. Me and my sister were on a roadtrip and decided to stay here because it was on the way and it was cheap. Upon arrival the front doors were locked which the front desk attendant said it was for safety reasons which is completely fair and I am glad they are trying to keep people safe. At the front desk the attendant said that there were very few people staying in the hotel so they moved us to a different room that was “better” We walked into the room

Old hotel but very clean. When we arrived the pool was down for weeks. great breakfast.

Right off the bat, we find out the pool is closed for maintenance even though at the time of booking it was advertising the pool. The desk clerk said Expedia had been notified, so the hotel or Expedia pulled a fast one here. Thanks a hell of a lot. We would not have booked the stay if we had known. Our room was run down, but the draft from the outside door was quite nice at - 15 celcius. No thermostat in our room. The people in the meeting/party room sounded like they were in our room. At midnight when I went to complain about the noise, the desk clerk informed me they did not really have a quiet time, they usually wait for someone to complain before doing anything. No apology to me, but she did apologize to the people she asked to be quiet. The daytime desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a couple other times and enjoyed our visits, I am not sure if we will be back or not.

Heater wasn’t working so they had a space heater in the room. Pool was drained and out of service. Place is terribly run down and not well kept. Staff did nothing about any concerns. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years.

Everything was as advertised

Didn't have high expectations as it was not a fancy hotel but any means but the rooms were filthy. Must have counted at least 20 but carcuses. This is disappointing as it just comes down to effort. Breakfast was excellent was about the only redeeming quality. Pool was okay but also filthy, debris everywhere. Staff was kind.

It may not be the nicest hotel, some issues with the building itself. But the staff is amazing, the food is amazing, theres an amazing complimentary breakfast, I love this hotel and so does my family.

Price cant be beat considering the access to amazing food at the hotel restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. .

The room was neglected the mattress was so old it had a dent in it and the room is very dated
