Pleasant stay

Housekeeping service did not clean my room. After calling, I was told that rooms are only cleaned every other day and that I had not requested Cleaning. As I was only there for two nights I needed my room cleaned day one not day two. Someone did come and do it and was pleasant. Towels are terrible. Bathtub was stained pillows were not acceptable.

The location of the hotel was excellent — very close to the train station and also convenient for getting to downtown Ottawa. I understand that prices were higher during the Ottawa Marathon weekend, which is understandable. Overall, my stay was fine, and I didn’t have any major issues. However, the room had a slight odor and the ventilation was not great. The facilities also felt a bit outdated. Considering the price, I personally felt the value was slightly below expectations for the overall condition of the hotel. That said, the staff were friendly and the location was definitely the highlight of the stay.

Great hotel located very close to Downtown Ottawa by drive, and also has a train station not too far from it as well. The hotel itself was amazing! The rooms were cozy, spacious and clean with many amenities, and the hotel has good breakfast options as well (for an additional price). There was also a pool and gym on the top floor which was neat. Highly recommend!

Room is very large. Quick check-in process. Hotel did not have slippers available which was a let down. The hallways also have very dim lighting.

I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once. No new towels, no clean sheets. Nothing. I asked the front desk twice and was told it would get done. Terrible service. Stay away

The site is near the Via Train Station. For drivers, it has an underground parking facility. Their restaurant is pricy. Suggest you order in or go out. It is a short walk to the O station which is also next to the Via Train Station. The room was pleasant, TV worked but the elevators were really slow.

Great location for baseball. Staff were friendly. Room was huge and clean.

Room was a very good size. Nice to have a fridge and microwave, as well as a sink and countertop. One huge negative is no USB ports. Luckily one of us had a block, otherwise none of us would be charging our phones (Best Buy right up the street would have solved that issue quickly tho). Room was clean but needed a good airing. Sheets were too small for the mattress and kept pulling off. Had to use mom powers to keep them on 💪. Skipped the breakfast bar. Looked more like a continental breakfast then something you'd pay $22+ for.
