My toilet wasn't bolted in and was on an angle. The shower was very dirty. Breakfast was ok and the pool was ok But the rooms themselves wow. Brown water came out of the faucets. Also while we were there police were clearly searching for someone as they moved through the hallways and outside the rooms at the back. Nothing was told to us if we or our kids were in any danger. Very strange.

I paid for a king single bed and was given 2 queens. AC was disconnected. Door didn’t lock. Went back to see why she didn’t give me the room I paid for originally and she said she had one available upstairs. Why wasn’t I just given that in the beginning?! Or I could settle for another room same floor, 2 queen beds. At this point, I was exhausted and didn’t feel like dealing with it. I got the room key, went to the room and IT HAD SMELLED OF CAT URINE. I have many stays with this place. This was by far the worst.

Good stay ...toilet seat was a bit off center on the instal Air conditioning controls on wall did not control the wall unit . I had to go to wall unit and turn on and set temperature etc ... Pool was clean ....quiet ...hot tub was nice ...lots of towels in poop area to use Breakfast was good ...eggs sausage...waffle maker...apples bananas toast bagels cereal coffee juice ...area was kept clean ...we met MATT there and he was sooo friendly...he knows his stuff and the area ...he helped with some local directions....and later that day when we were leaving our room for the day ...we noticed the room door did NOT lock Cleaning staff woman went to front desk ...about 1 min later MATT came with a tool bag ...jack of all trades..he reset our lock....in no time. Great service and with lots of smiles...he told us he has been there 8 years ....he is a great dedicated employee...great job !!

Rooms clean and up to date ....great stay!

The room was ok but our room had a loose spout and mold in the shower. Linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again

The swat team was literally leaving when we were checking in, no joke! Spend your money somewhere else, it’s an eye opener!

Just overall not a great experience. It was “good enough” for a night, but wouldn’t choose

Stains everywhere on curtains, looked like blood. Room smelt horrible, Smokey. The tub I didn’t even want to step in it. Got in at 1am and was gone by 8am. Didn’t want to stay any longer

This hotel was adequate for my 2 day stay.

The swimming pool was set to cold last time I went pool temperature was nicer

The staff were very friendly. But the hotel was not clean. There were hand prints on the wall, the towels were stained

The property was ok. However when we got there my companion I was with (who is disabled) had to go to bathroom after we had just drive 1.5 hours. The girl at the desk stated we had to wait to get into our room to use bathroom. There was absolutely no bathrooms in or near main lobby. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. When my companion got to room up the stairs the toilet did not flush and was dirty. We did get our room changed but again girl at desk not helpful. On our way home a housekeeper girl helped us with luggage down the stairs. She was awesome. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and there was salad dressing left in fridge from a previous person.

Lobby was clean and breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast and staff were nice, but the rooms were not clean and linens had stains.

Breakfast was basic, nothing special. Standard. Rooms were ok, needed better cleaning. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Pool was freezing.

It looks like the property is being improved from the front entrance/foyer of the hotel, but feels incomplete with the bare white walls....summarizing our experience below: Positives: - ample parking - helpful staff - hotel close to the 400 highway - cost via expedia for a king room was great value Negatives: - hot water from tap and tub initially ran copper/rust colour - it took about 10mins for the colour to fade and clear out....the shower took 15 mins to get any hot water during this process - our room had a mini fridge where the freezer froze into a block of ice and could not be opened properly due to the fridge sitting in a metal tray to catch any of the outfolow of thawing water...you had to lift up the fridge to open the door and that caused all of our food/drinks inside to tip over and cause a mess - with the above water issues...the bathroom sink/tub/curtain were water stained with the copper/rust - sink drain stopper was broken and left sitting in sink unrepaired - pictures of pool and rooms does not reflect the overall size or feel of where you are staying Overall this was for business purposes and not a huge issue. I would not recommend to a family or guests who care about the above details. The water issue was very offputting.

Room had a terrible order. Sheet on bed look dirty. We checked out right after looking at room.

Breakfast was good, didn’t have the time for pool or hot tub as we were there for a medical procedure
