DoubleTree by Hilton Edmonton Downtown

The restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Each time we went there we didn’t see any staff or any food.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and staff was excellent. The welcome cookie was amazing! Plenty of underground paid parking. This part of Edmonton was pretty run down though. Many closed businesses and generally poor maintenance in this area of the city. The hotel had a security guard in the lobby and there was a police action involving a half dozen officers just around the side of the hotel. While the location worked well for our travels, I would recommend a hotel in a different area of the city.

I always choose to stay here because I like that the gym has windows and isn’t in a dark basement room.

Nice hotel- staff friendly and room was clean and well appointed. Not far from many spots, but not a "nice" area for walking. Underground parking was very expensive ($38/night) with tight entrance & poor signage for exit.

This hotel is showing it's age, but it is very clean, and the staff clearly take pride in making sure you have the best-possible visit. They are very sollicitous and attentive.

This is a great property and I have stayed here before. The hot tub could use some attention as the bottom and seats have debris which needs to be vacuumed out. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the property was clean and the rooms spacious.

No notice of underground parking, got a 100+ dollar fine while having registered and paid 35$ for parking!! Never ever stay here again.

Hot tub was great but do wish had a pool for kids we were a little disappointed only hot tub when we arrived . Hotel photos looked like a pool . Also wish they had buffet breakfast . Staff were the best . The security guard was the best helped me bring my terminal ill daughter into the hotel and allowed me to take her to the room before parking my car.

Everything is an extra here. Parking is $40 per day, the resell you Costco Water

It was a very spacious room and was clean.

The staff was very nice and gave us warm cookies when we arrived. The room was very spacious and beds are nice and comfy. Was very happy with my first stay at this hotel and will be back for sure.

Hotel was not as described. Parking is expensive and not included. Staff in the night was rude and would not provide any extra bedding due to being “short staffed”.

Easy to walk to Rogers place from hotel.

We had some issues with getting in after hours. Our key did not work, and then our key didn’t work in the elevator. So then the clerk came and said he had the only key that would work for the elevator after hours. It was super inefficient today the least.
