Room was clean. Got in late and the check-in was seamless.

This hotel is very clean and room is very nice and large. The hotel is not walking distance if you’re planning on seeing a game or concert but it is a short uber ride away. Parking is very convient. For the price it was outstanding and we would stay here again.

We did really like the hotel, it was clean and staff was friendly. The only negative would be the hot tub was not working and we were not informed of this before we arrived or when we checked in. We had a couple disappointed children!

Angle to get through garage door to underground parking was not thought out very well. Extremely awkward and tight angle.

Everything was great, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the hot tub was great and good amenities. My only complaint is the cheap toilet paper and stingy with the toilet paper and Kleenex supply. We had to ask for Kleenex and toilet paper twice. Room was cleaned and they forgot to replenish supplies and towels. Likely just an oversight… Otherwise great **** stars. Parking and access is a bit confusing and $35/day for parking (underground) is a bit pricey.

Rooms were spotless, staff was friendly. Would stay here again!

The staff let someone stay in the room i checked out of, without my authorization.

Its was an ok stay. Maintenance of hotel is lacking, its an oddly laid out hotel too - parking garage access is very interesting.

My room. The blankets had brown stains all over it, asked for a new blanket due to the stains, and I was given a small comforter/blanket compare to the original one. Towels both had stains on them as well. I took photos of the room as it was absolutely disgusting.

Room, was nice as always, staff is friendly.. couple things this time around and usually I don’t have anything bad to say. We didn’t get out cookies on check-in, I asked to be out at the end of a hall we were out by the elevator. People early in the morning talked loudly and woke me up… this happened more then once. Usually you get an option of sit down breakfast or menu. This time we only got buffet option and it was in a cold conference room and the food was only warm, not hot. It was still tasty tho and the staff were amazing and friendly and smiling.

i chose this hotel based on the pictures of it but we arrived it was absolutely nothing like the pictures shown, very disappointing. The pictures showed this beautiful grand modern lobby however it was small and nothing like advertised. The area surrounding the hotel was extremely sketchy. Boarded up building with a group of people hanging around it all night, police came by twice to remove them. we were charged $35 to park underground in the hotel, as guest of the hotel i think thats crazy considering the choices of outdoor public parking in a run down area were the only other options. The Hot tub was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The tvs in the rooms aren’t equipped with access to netflix or anything, not even a guide that shows what’s on, no microwave either. All in all we won’t be back and i don’t recommend it.

We stayed here for one night to go to watch the Oilers game the hotel is nice, clean & comfortable and offers a huge hot tub and workout room. They have a good dinning option for breakfast and dinner. Was a 15 minute walk to the Roger’s Arena so perfect for games/concerts.

I cant remember her name(i believe shes Romanian) on the front desk but she makes you feel so welcome and caring!

I forgot to pay for parking in the dirt lot next to the hotel and got a $80 ticket but that’s my fault not the hotels. Hotel stay was perfect.

Best hot tub hands down!!

We checked in late becuse of Hockey Game and they did not tell me about parking so i recieved a $100 tickets this morning. Very frustrating
