Terrible parking

The room itself was amazing and had a huge sitting area. Very comfy and spacious quarters.

Had a two night stay and had the worst hotel experience ever. Night 1 minus 15 outside and patio door would not close properly hence cold draft all night, second day asked to change rooms and they put us in a room with no hot water. Two hours before checkout the next morning hot water worked. Provided us with a free breakfast and didnt charge us for parking….. but charged full price for the two nights. I will never go back.

No Microwave, no room service until 9:30 am.

I didn’t get any housekeeping for my first night which was disappointing

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable .

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were accommodating, hot tub was out of service which was my only complaint. Other than that it was good overall.

No hot water to the whole building on Thursday morning? Hairs in the sheets. Gross. I never have a good stay here.

Room was great for three adults. We had space to visit, and with the pull out couch, all got our own bed!

No hot water and a cold cookie on arrival! Not the best Doubletree for sure!

Parking

The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hot water was out but was quickly fixed

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The only issue was that we did not have hot water in the morning due to some mechanical issue.

Room wasn’t clean properly, the safe did not work, and the coffee machine was dirty. Did not enjoy the physical hotel but the staff were nice.

The room and spacious and spotless.

Rooms were clean and the view was beautiful.

Just a leak in the bathroom, otherwise all was perfect
