Good breakfast and easy parking

A great stay in downtown Regina….the highlight as always is being served by Hassan in the restaurant. It’s like seeing my brother every time I’m in town. Always has my regular drink in front of me before I ask and treats me like a friend instead of a traveller. The hotel is great but Hassan is 100% of the reason I continue to stay here.

Clean

The hotel is located downtown so you have access to a few places to eat and drink nearby. Inside is nice and clean and the staff were helpful. You do have to pay an extra $20 per day for parking (underground or limited surface). The breakfast buffet was pretty good, not included however. Had a dinner at the on site restaurant and it was very underwhelming. Chicken avocado club had zero avocado (was given a tablespoon of guacamole when we brought this up to the server). The protein rice bowl wasn't very good either. Had a beer on tap and it tasted like the lines hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. All said, be aware you’re paining an extra $20/day for parking and eat elsewhere. Besides that, it was clean and well maintained.

There was a group reservation which took up a good portion of the dining room for supper but all of the staff tried to make sure that people in the other parts were not neglected. There were no face cloths in our room, but there was a small balcony.

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue amable. Probé el desayuno una vez y me pareció que tiene buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, me habría gustado que la habitación contara con microondas. También noté falta de atención en el servicio al cuarto, ya que no repusieron el café ni la crema durante mi estancia. Por último, considero una falta de cortesía el cobro del estacionamiento; es un detalle que me haría reconsiderar elegir este hotel en el futuro.

Everything was perfect! The warm cookies were a surprising touch!

My experience with this hotel was great. The staff was awesome. I asked asked for an extension on my checkout time and they granted my wishes so that was awesome. Amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

It was good, a lot of kids running up and down the elevators which was a hassle waiting for the elevators and making multiple stops because of the kids pushing multiple floors to stop at

Staff were very helpful and easy to deal,with , parking is very limited and they need to keep the sidewalks clear of ice ,it was not easy accessing the parking lot safely especially in front of the entrance as it was not cleared or de iced.

The only thing I didn’t agree with is having to pay extra for parking. When staying there it should be included.

The parking fee was quite expensive. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the room rate. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was clean. The food offered was average.
