DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Regina

I had a great stay with friends over the holidays. The hotel staff were courteous and welcomed us with a warm cookie. Would stay again.

Staff was amazing so was the room but the breakfast wasn't unfortunately. We asked for scrambled eggs but an omelet and grilled bacon insteas of soft ones..

Staff are great

Room was dirty upon arrival, called front desk for a cleaning and even after it was “cleaned” there was still trash found on the nightstands, empty alcohol bottles & cups. Let front desk know and they said there’s nothing they could do and will pass the message onto house keeping. Never had problems prior to staying there before. Night time there was a convention going on and the people coming from and to the elevators were loud and obnoxious. Again front desk could just take “note” of it.

The room was very nice, the staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Clean room, friendly staff

I am very disappointed. I stayed at the DoubleTree for 2 nights and paid extra for breakfast when I made my booking. However, the front desk staff did not give me any breakfast vouchers. I had traveled for 2 hours and was tired, so I didn’t notice or ask about the vouchers at check-in. The next day, I wasn’t able to have breakfast because I still didn’t have a voucher. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they only gave me one voucher for the following day and didn’t address the missing voucher for the first day. The money I paid for that day’s breakfast is basically lost.

Lovely and helpful staff with updated, nice, clean rooms.

My stay at the DoubleTree was a bit disappointing. My room was only a couple of meters from the elevator, which quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Also, the bathroom counter had large stains on it, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. I had prepaid for the breakfast option, but I was never told how to redeem it. Because of the lack of communication, I ended up buying something from the café, which had very limited gluten-free options. I ultimately had to order a Caesar salad and remove the croutons. Overall, clearer communication and better room cleanliness would have made the stay much more comfortable.

Friendly staff helped with wake up call and calling a cab very early.

Didn’t realize a charge for water, thought was for coffee machine use since beside machine. Was told cost would be waived since we stayed a week but two separate charges were added to my credit card hours after we checked out. Disappointed

I always stay here when i come to Regina! Love everything about this hotel. The hot yummy cookies upon arrival and the friendly staff. I cant say a bad thing about this hotel!

Great stay! Stayed in the king suite with my finance and was amazing. Friendly greetings & will definitely be back when I’m in Regina next!

Always a great stay, great flint counter staff, Hassan in the restaurant is one of the best servers I’ve ever had and the rooms are clean and spacious.

We were treated well by the staff. The room was spacious and clean.
