Stay was good but had to wait over an hour for room to be ready. Was told 1/2 hr to 45min but took longer than that. Was there for a medical appt and planned day around check in time of 4pm.

Was a good stay

The parking situation at this hotel is terrible. Very limited space in the main parking lot, the parkade cannot accomodate much more than small cars - and they still charge $20 a day. Stayed for two nights and housekeeping never came into the room during that time, not even to replenish the coffee supply.

I liked that here was ample parking in the Parking Garage but I found it expensive. My room was spotless and comfortable but I couldn’t open the window. I loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby

Average hotel, no pool or hot tub, room was also average

Great hotel. All new modern decor. Great coffee shop in lobby. Great restaurant in hotel. Room was large and well maintained with nice furniture etc. door to small balcony for a view and fresh air. The lobby is huge with lots of places to sit and relax. The price was half that of Hotel Saskatchewan and the room was twice the size. Five stars all the way around.

I enjoyed my stay @double tree hotel

This hotel is fine for a couple of nights in Regina for work. Restaurant has decent food. Parking is ok but the last 2x I stayed for work I got a ticket - they cleared it up but it’s an inconvenience. Also the parking garage doesn’t fit trucks and the signage to navigate the parking is terrible. But staff were great at helping us find our way to the hotel lobby.

TV didn't work. $20 charge for parking.

Nice hotel, room was nice, however the bed was awful ended up sleeping on the couch, and the jet tub in the room kept turning on on its own, definitely did not have a restful sleep. I checked in just before 4pm check in but my room wasn't ready till 4:30. The food from the restaurant was good, and it was nice having a little balcony.
