The hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at all—truly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing. Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging from the wall, creating a messy and unsafe appearance. The coffee machine was dirty, and the supposedly new disposable cups had coffee stains on them, which was shocking. It seemed clear that the cleaning standards were extremely poor. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear conversations from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms, leaving me unable to escape the noise.

The hotel is undergoing renovations on the same floor where the guests are staying. The shower in the washroom wasn't warm enough, and neither was the sink water. The pool and the gym are located in different buildings. It was hard to access one building from another. The heater/ fan was very loud like a hair dryer was on. The best part of staying was the friendly staffs tried their best to make my stay more comfortable.

I spent the WHOLE night awake due to people stomping overhead. I made 3 noise complaints and the loud banging overhead continued until the following morning until I finally checked out. I’m extremely angry about paying for a room to sleep in and rest before my 7 hour drive today and nothing was done to accommodate my needs.

Freshly cooked breakfast, smoked salmon omelette was very delicious.

The staff was very nice, the room was exceptionally clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were friendly. The room was pretty clean, although the bathroom needed more cleaning. The grout needed a good scrub, and there was a fingernail clipping on the bathroom counter.

I had to move rooms twice. the first was a mistake of my own (didn’t realize i booked a handicapped room and was concerned about not having locks on the doors). The second time was because the walls were barely soundproofed. The room I moved to was conjoined, I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door including the man stomping around, opening and slamming the door shut, his videos playing on his phone, him talking, the shower running, toilet flushing, and even the sound of his chip bag rustling. The lady on the opposite side was coughing like crazy and between the two, i felt like I was going crazy. The hotel could really use to put extra sound proofing in. The final room they moved me to had red stains all over the carpet, and the carpet was overall not very clean and had a musty smell to it. But they moved me to the quiet end of the hallway away from everyone so that was a major bonus. I’ll never understand why all hotels like to crowd people in one spot, not just this one but everyone i’ve been to. I also found the bathrooms were very hard to move around in. Otherwise, it was newly renovated and tidy, Kyra was very kind and accommodating even though the first room switch was a mistake of my own, check in was super quick and easy, and the restaurant food and staff were also very nice. I would return here but would request to be away from everyone else as the soundproofing was terrible.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, pillows too soft. The noise level was high. I could not tell which room but the lady kept screening from 1-4. There wasn't a view we faced the side of an adjoining building.

Cobwebs in all ceiling corners made the room feel dirty. Bathroom plug didn’t work Main floor room very noisy.

We stayed in the Double Tree2, although I booked the Double the newer hotel. They couldn't find my resreservation and by the time they did, there was not a room available so they offeredDouble tree 2,,so

Clean room and great amenities

We stayed for a few nights and the food was terrible at the restaurant, we needed a microwave and they brought up a junky ancient one that was not clean and they had misleading signs on their bottle of water saying thanks and my child ran over and opened it thinking it was complimentary. In small print it then says only free for diamond members and all others will pay $3 each.
