The hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at all—truly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing. Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging from the wall, creating a messy and unsafe appearance. The coffee machine was dirty, and the supposedly new disposable cups had coffee stains on them, which was shocking. It seemed clear that the cleaning standards were extremely poor. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear conversations from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms, leaving me unable to escape the noise.

Super clean, well appointed, comfortable, excellent water pressure and lots of parking. No view. It’s a highway stop, but serviced our purposes well.

Hotel is way overpriced for what you are getting. Rooms are average, coffee maker in room is outdated and no coffee in lobby available. We did not even get the room we booked due to having 2 reservations that when we contacted the property they confirmed it would not be a problem but when we arrived they basically had overbooked and could not give us the room that was reserved and they did absolutely nothing to compensate us or offer anything to make up for it. When you book thru Expedia they like to use that as an excuse to not be able to accommodate. I would not recommend.

Had an overnight stay with my boys, they loved the pool, room was small for me and the 3 boys but we were only there for 1 night. Staff were helpful and room was clean.

We stayed here only one night but we were pleased with our choice. We had a beautifully renovated room on the 1st floor. All common areas were spotless, The staff were friendly and welcoming and quickly assisted with a special request. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and modern, with lovely products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had great service at the restaurant for dinner; we didn't try the breakfast. There were 2 down-sides for me: 1. The pool is not in the hotel, but in the adjoining building, and the walkway to get there was basically through a parking lot. They had security at the doors, usually, but there were also times when we went to the pool and the door was ajar without anyone around. 2. While the rooms are nice, the sounds from the hallway were SO pronounced. When anyone walked past the door, it sounded like they were stomping through our room. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest taking earplugs!

I arrived late to my hotel, just to find chaos. Screaming, I think fights, Police, security, etc. I would have appreciated the hotel giving me a heads up on the changes. Apparently an area or community was evacuated and the hotel took in the residents. There was security walking up and down every floor, which made staying extremely uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and willing to help. The property is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there

Hotel offers quite a lot. Restaurant for breakfast/dinner. Pool, laundry lots of parking. Rooms are very comfortable! Staff very helpful. There was security throughout the hotel but not uncomfortable.

Really nice to have a Hilton class hotel near the 1000 Islands. Staff was great and cannery restaurant had excellent food.
