It’s in down town. If you want to park your car it’s valet which is 40$per day. The front desk is on the second floor. The outside door is closed. You need to bill a ring and wait till someone opens the door. The breakfast is less variety than expected. Very expensive too. Book another reasonable hotel

While all the staff were doing their best, there simply wasn’t enough of them. For the amount we paid I’d expected a lot better service. Getting the mandatory valet service (which cost an additional $40 they don’t mention when booking) we still had to park blocks away until the one driver had a moment to pick it up (thankfully no parking tickets) and then waited an hour for him to bring our vehicle back after checkout. Everything else with the exception of the location (picture shows the view from our window) was just basic. Nothing to set it above any other hotel. I’ve had better stays at a days inn or holiday inn to be honest.

They scammed ~$190, purposefully not telling use ahead of time about Valet charges and did not give us an option to park the car ourselves. When we asked them about the parking they just said please park it in the front of the hotel and they'll park it as they have two parking lots. and no other info was shared. After two days when we checked out they handed an invoice for ~190. Moreove the food was bad and service was poor. we had requested for full room service when we had stepped out for ~6hrs, just to realize that nothing was done when we returned back.

Arrived at around 21PM and they did not have the room ready. Very inconvenient for tired travelers. Though front desk maintained a good attitude and appeared helpful, she simply asked us to contact the manager on our own to sort things out. Truly not recommend it as we weren’t the only ones without rooms to check into; Another group trying to check in faced the same problem, waiting for the late checked out room to be ready. Only reason for the 4 stars was I had a good nights sleep. PS- one of our three room was not cleaned to standard with hair on the pillow and sticker in the sheet…

Great hotel. Close to many dining options including walking distance to Calgary Tower. My only complaint was low water pressure in the shower. Also, although we did not have a car, we did notice the on premise parking is very limited.

Except for the low water pressure in the shower in the room we stayed in from 7/11 to 7/14, the hotel and staff was great. We did not have a car with us, but we dis notice very limited parking on premises.
