Four Points by Sheraton Winnipeg South

직원은 다들 친절했어요. 근데 방에서 어쩔 수 없이 환기안되는 눈 녹은 냄새가 나고 청소가 잘되있다는 인상은 없었어요.

The room was comfortable, but we would never return and would warn others that this hotel is obviously in a high crime area. We stayed on May 30th, 2026 and woke up to our back window smashed out. Our vehicle was in the hotel parking lot. My husband went to front desk to enquire about calling police and possibly getting the window secured somehow. They assisted in putting plastic and tape on window that fell off after 20 minutes and we had a 7.5 hour drive to reach home. When husband went back after securing window and wanted hotel to contact police, my husband had to remind original staff member why police needed to be contacted. They have no security and a staff member informed us this happens once a month or so. We were not offered any compensation. We will never return. Jeff and Bev B.

Absolutely disgusting experience at the Four Points by Sheraton. The room was dirty, dusty, and had such a strong musty smell the entire time we were there. It was also unbelievably hot and uncomfortable no matter what we did. The whole place felt run down and unclean. We ended up leaving bright and early because we were honestly just sick of being there. Definitely would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Property is fine, hotel room was okay. Nice gym.

Great stay

The restaurant/ bar served excellent food. Only problem was there was no hot water for showers/bath for 3 days during my stay. I let them know when I was checking out and they eventually gave me a discount, but only after a lengthy conversation. They questioned me as to why I hadn’t reported it. I explained that I didn’t because a man was working on it outside my room and told me it would be fixed that day so I obviously assumed they knew about it !

Poor Staff Attitudes

Friendly staff, fast wifi, didnt use or even see the gym. Nice hotel and rooms.

Pool and hot tub were fantastic

The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay

The hotel pool, restaurant lounge and rooms were excellent all around with friendly staff. Very comfortable place to stay and great with the kids who love the pool.

I didn’t use the internet or gym

Room was clean, inside of property very well maintained. Parking lot however was not, needed to plow snow but did not during the two days I was there

Poor facility, poor service , not up to the standards of sheraton.

Really impressed with cleanliness and amenities available.
