직원은 다들 친절했어요. 근데 방에서 어쩔 수 없이 환기안되는 눈 녹은 냄새가 나고 청소가 잘되있다는 인상은 없었어요.

The hotel and room was very clean and well kept. I was a little disappointed with the food at the restaurant but that was a minor inconvenience.

Great staff, clean rooms and perfect location

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. Both times were terrific. To my surprise upon checking in we received a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant for the next morning. Not sure if this was a one off or what as we did not receive anything the prior time. This location is close to Princess Auto Stadium as well as many restaurants and shopping. It is also conveniently located at the end of south side Pembina highway to leave the city quickly. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing and we had him both times we checked in. The rooms are your regular rooms you would find in most hotels in this price range. The cookie in the room is a nice touch with a complimentary bottle of water. The rooms are quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was the breakfast we had, both of us had the steak and eggs. The portion sizes were great but our steaks were well done and not medium like we had asked. I do believe the food was sitting under a warmer for some time as the steak would have continued to cook as it sat there as well as the eggs looked dried out a tell tale sign of them sitting under a heat lamp. The server may have been fairly new, not sure. She also did not do a quality check or refill our drinks at the time of our meal. All in all a great stay. 100% recommend.

After a small mix up when we first checked in, our stay was great! Room was clean and refreshed daily. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for drinks and breakfast. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Nice place

First time staying here…it was a quick visit. Had a good rest, comfortable beds and room was clean. Older hotel but in good condition.

Despite it being a Saturday night and being on the 2nd floor where the pool was, it was extremely quiet, both Saturday night and Sunday morning. Had breakfast in the restaurant and to he food was great and the price reasonable. I can highly recommend the Sheraton Four Points South in Winnipeg on Pembina Hwy.

Overall a good hotel, staff was polite and helpful. The only downside was a hair tie was left on one of the bottles in the shower. But else looks clean. Great pillows.

Asked for a late check out and because an event was going on close they wouldn't give it. Even though the website says same is available. I wouldn't have booked a hotel close to the event if I knew they would do that. Front desk staff very good and professional. Extremely noisy. Could hear everything in our room from outside. Loud slamming doors all night.

This hotel was wonderful and we are looking forward to staying here again in a few weeks, on our trip back home. Pool and hot tub were great, as was the restaurant and the room. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
