Not only Sandra, Lovely lady on the front desk, but also one of the staff member of the hotel(wonderful filipino man I can't recall his name in the moment), helped me out when I was having trouble. It was a delightful experience to stay in this Hotel. I plan to visit again. Thank you.

Overall, the accommodation was clean, and the pool and breakfast were good value for money. I was assigned to the 1st floor, but it was a weekend, so the 2 days I stayed at the hotel were noisy.

Pool not available nor was a refund for it being closed..Incedental on credit card $100.00…. Way too much…There was a fridge not even a bottle of water…. No mini bar so why a cc deposit??? and the cost was outrageous!!! Helen Burgardt

No pool (like it said there would be) the whole property is under construction and covered in tarps. There was a credit card fee I was unaware of. Overall not a good experience

Had an enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn. Many dining options nearby which was helpful - we could walk. Quiet, very clean and a nice selection of breakfast items. Would stay again. Were a bit disappointed the pool was closed as it wasn't advertised but they did have options of swimming in a neighbouring hotel.

Nice lobby with complimentary coffee and a great breakfast included in the price. The property is a little dated but clean.

The staff was friendly and the room wonderful. My only complaint is that the pool and water slides were closed and we were not informed of this before our trip. We chose that hotel for the waterslides, so I had very disappointed kids.

The hotel and area felt VERY UNSAFE!! We got there an sat on the car for 30 plus mins pondering if we should leave. We were further shocked to see how run down the place was. We drove away thinking we made a mistake but had to come back. The outside of the building has been under construction for 1.5 years, info you are not given when you book. AFTER booking you get a text that the pool is closed but you will have access to the neighboring hotel's pool, nothing about the outside building looking like it is in shambles. The smell everywhere is that of humidity mixed with dust so if you have allergies (like us) you are screwed). All the funiture is worn, like it's from someones great grandmother's garage sale. The dirt buildup, the scratches and tears are very visible. Elevator reeks, and hallway carpets look like they have not been cleaned in decades. When we walked into our room, we were hit with a STRONG SMELL OF URINE, it was strongest by the window bed. Bathroom was very poorly cleaned. There was hair in so many places. It was also obvious the light switches and door handles were not cleaned. We went to out car to get room spray and a bottle to sanitizer to sanitizer switches, handles and certain surfaces. Don't be fooler by the name, the place is a low low class motel run by people who clearly don't care. We got in at 5am. Left at 11/12 as we ended booking a different hotel. For low quality of the place, an appropriate price would be $50-$75 max.

Super comfortable

Not my best hotel experience especially considering it's a Hampton Inn, which I've used at other locations many times. The bed was poorly made, without much attention to detail, and the breakfast selection was, at least by other Hampton Inn standards, fairly basic!

The exterior is being renovated! The Pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances so they offered the pool next door and then that was shutdown for the week we were there too, so no pool. The toilet in the room kept breaking which was very frustrating. They tried to fix it but it didn’t get fixed properly.

Hotel was in a really good location next to transit. Parking underground as there are multiple properties on this one street. Hotel is undergoing renovation of exterior which was a detriment to the overall look of hotel and pool area seemed unsafe
