Not only Sandra, Lovely lady on the front desk, but also one of the staff member of the hotel(wonderful filipino man I can't recall his name in the moment), helped me out when I was having trouble. It was a delightful experience to stay in this Hotel. I plan to visit again. Thank you.

The hotel is perfect. Especially the reception at night. I arrived around mid-night. the person who works in the reception is extremely polite. Still introduce me where I can get some food outside and drink inside the lobby. Brings me a very good impression of Canadian. Thanks a lot.

Overall, the accommodation was clean, and the pool and breakfast were good value for money.
I was assigned to the 1st floor, but it was a weekend, so the 2 days I stayed at the hotel were noisy.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and it’s always a perfect hotel experience. The staff are excellent; friendly, helpful and welcoming. Sandra, that works at the front desk, is simply the best!
