Good location!

직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 조식 포함이라 편리하고, 맛도 괜찮았습니다. 방 내부 콘센트 몇개가 작동 안되는 것만 빼면 전반적으로 위치, 친절, 편의, 교통, 조식 전부 맘에 듭니다.

7박을 하는동안 침대정리가 잘 안되어있기도하고 ㅕ일중 요청시에만 침구 바꿔줌. 타월교체도 잘 안됨. 숙박기간에 도시행사로 도로통제 되어서 호텔주차장에 밤 12시까지 접근못함. 호텔측 무성의로.

Part of the area where the pool is was closed off. The pool was not heated. Other thank that great service, good breakfast buffet and the location was close to everything.

Well the beds were ok, and the breakfast was good. My only kickback was the hidden paid parking. When i was booking it said free parking only to get to the property and was charged $30 per night. So it will be nice to let the guest know prior to booking so we dont get slapped with unbudgetd bills at the property.

Very convenient location, inside Chinatown and walking distance to old Montreal. Friendly and cooperative staff, beautiful rooftop view of old Montreal and clean rooms. Great hotel if you want to experience Montreal downtown conveniently.

Check-in à 3h00 pm mais nous avons attendu dans le lobby presque 2 heures pour avoir notre chambre! Nous avons eu chambre différente que celle réservée en ligne....pas de douche vitrée!!! Il avait une paire de caleçon sale à côté du lit... dégueulasse! Et très bruyant, mal insonorisé, 1 personne a cognée à notre porte en plein milieu de la nuit!!! Bref, un vrai cauchemar en cette journée de mon anniversaire 🎂 Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.

The Hotel is well located and within easy walking distance of China Town, Old Montreal and the attractions at the Old Port. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Housekeeping left much to be desired. We stayed for four nights and except for one day, had to ask to have our room made up when nothing was done by late afternoon. Coffee and other supplies were not replaced without request. Weirdly, our king bed was made up with a queen top sheet. Request for a proper sized sheet were ignored. Breakfast was included but but was a zoo, hardly worth the aggravation. Finding a table, never mind a clean one, was a challenge as was finding plates and cutlery on more than one occasion.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again. The location is perfect, a few minute walk to Old Montreal.
