전반적으로 괜찮은 수준이나 체크인 카운터 직원이 매우 불친절하고 일처리가 매우 미숙함. 주차장이 매우 좁아 차가 드나들기 매우 불편함.

Excellent service and great facilities.

Sirprisingly, i found the food offered at the restaurant not at all interesting and what I did order I found to be NOT TASTY..not terrible, but not otasty!

Manager assisted us with our check-in, and went above-and-beyond to make our first visit to Ottawa a memorable one! Would recommend, and would stay at the hotel again if travelling back.

It was a good location right near the LRT! Well kept and wonderful service. My one wish is that the managers would stay in the room for a night or two, to see the need for additional hooks to hang winter jackets or bath towels, floor mats to put wet boots on, somewhere to be able to set clothes (other than on the floor), you know, little big things that would make a difference!

Room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4:30 pm. They were not busy and the hotel was not full. Due to that, they gave me a voucher for 2 (we were 3) to the “buffet” breakfast that usually costs approx $25 per person. It was absolutely terrible, empty (food all gone) and to me it wasn’t even worth $5! Hair still left on the shower curtain and the lounge closes very early. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price/value!

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly when we checked in. Though the person who checked us in gave us a parking pass to use for their garage and did not mention that we had to pay or told us how much it was. We also weren’t told that the breakfast offered in the morning was a paid one. We assumed it was part of the price of the stay like at most hotels we’ve stayed at.

Friendly staff and superior quality. The only downside is the limited number of charging stations for EVs. My choosing this hotel was based on their availability. Granted, this is not the staff's fault in any way but it would be worth investing in more stations as the need will invariably grow in the future.

Amazing weekend, will definitely comeback

The breakfast host was very friendly. The facilities were well kept and enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn location and found everything from staff to facilities to parking underground to getting around very enjoyable. The only thing that they should improve on is the time for breakfast. I came down at 9:30am and was told that they no longer serve breakfast. I was shocked and went across to Delta hotel for breakfast for both the days I was there. They should serve breakfast until at least 10:30am.
