⭐ 1 STAR – Extremely Disappointing Experience One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Brampton West and was given an accessible room that had a water leakage issue. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and seriously affected my stay. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. I spoke with the manager, Mark, and was extremely disappointed by how unhelpful and dismissive he was. When a guest is dealing with a significant water leakage problem—especially in an accessible room—you would expect the manager to take immediate action, show concern, and make every effort to resolve the issue. Instead, I felt like my complaint was not taken seriously at all. Maintenance problems can happen at any hotel, but how management responds to those problems says everything about the quality of customer service. In this case, the management response was extremely poor and made an already frustrating situation much worse. For a hotel operating under the Hilton name, I expected professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for guests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this hotel. The water leakage was unacceptable, and the lack of support from management was even more disappointing. Very poor experience. Very poor customer service. Hilton Garden Inn Brampton West needs to seriously improve how it handles guest complaints and maintenance issues.

I stayed here for six nights and this location is amazing. The rooms are super clean. Beds are comfortable there’s breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This property made the customer wait 1 hour in the lobby after a long haul flight, simply stating “our servers are not working.” It was not until the customer escalated the issue, that eventually a room was provided.

Very comfortable place to stay!

La piscine n’était pas chauffé ce qui était moins agréable. Par contre le buffet était très bien et le personnel très gentil.
