We had a problem with our room ,but they quickly gave us another room ,the room was smelling so good ,the staff was always there to help with whatever needs we had .Our overall stay was peaceful

Very well kept. Meeting space staff were great.

The only thing I would complain about is the upfront $300.00 damage charge. It seems a little steep compared to most motel rates.

Pool was very murky, green, and smelled horrible.

It was Easter and the staff put out a scavenger hunt for the kids they had a blast… thank you so much

Did not have breakfast, but did have dinner and it was great.

I received the worst service, the worst cleanliness, the worst treatment, buy some of the dirtiest and unprofessional people I have ever met in life. I was kind to each in one of the Hilton gardening staff and tipped very very well yeah I was met with such opposition that I needed to cut my trip short. Because Expedia needed to know everything that was going on with proof, I risk my safety to produce those pictures. I will never do that again for companies who do not truly care about the service they provide or the customers who pay for them. This trip has made me wiser. As soon as I find the correct lawyer, you will be hearing from me again. Charles Solomon

Cleanliness

The hotel is quite nice. The lobby is well set up with a bar and restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are modern and new. The only thing I miss is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for us older folk that don’t see as well. I’m not sure why newer hotels have stopped doing that?! The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The power was out when we got there so it took some time to check in. They figured it out and all was good. It would’ve been nice to have been comped breakfast for the inconvenience but overall very good service.
