Hotel Manoir Morgan

The hotel is in a good location, making it convenient to walk to popular tourist attractions. However, it can be a bit busy because there is a tourist information desk on the first floor. Also, the entrance closes at 5 PM, so you need to use the intercom next to the door to ask them to open it. One disappointing aspect is the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Except for the shower booth, the bathroom walls are finished with wallpaper. When washing hands or brushing teeth at the sink, water splashes onto the wallpaper, leaving stains. As shown in the attached photos, there were marks from a previous guest’s toothpaste. Additionally, the towels are very old and worn-out. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

깨끗하고 새로 리모델링하여 시설과 세련된 인터리어 최신식에 커피머신까지 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다. 위치 역시 올드 퀘벡 내에 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 숙박시설에 주차장이 따로 없어서 입구에 10분꺼지 정차 가능한 곳에 차를 세워두고 짐을 내리고 안내해준 곳에 차로 약 2-3분 거리에 있던 주차장은 큰 불편한 점이였습니다. 호텔닥컴 홈피 안내에서는 주차 포함이였는데 외부 주차장이더군요.

진짜 최고예요... 미국이랑 캐나다 두 달 동안 여행하면서 이용했던 숙소 중에 최고입니다ㅠㅠㅠ 일단 직원들 다 세상 친절 쏘스윗해요,,,,체크인 하기 전, 체크아웃 하고 나서 캐리어 다 맡아주고 진짜 너무너무 친절하셨습니다! 그리고 위치가 너무너무 좋아요...샤통 프롱트낙 호텔에서 걸어서 5분도 안 걸리는 위치예요... 방도 너무너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다!

위치가 매우 좋아요 객실 내에 슬리퍼랑 커피포트는 없지만 프론트에 뜨거운물 달라고 하면 가져다 줍니다.

The location and views from the property are fantastic. The price compared to other properties is good. The room I had was spacious and comfortable (206). My only negative comments are that 2 nights I had noisy neighbors (one night they were banging around and talking until 1 am) and the heat wasn’t working so my room was heated with a space heater that made temp control a little challenging.

Si le Check in fut un peu compliqué (Il y a 1 seul réceptionniste qui couvre 2 hôtels dans 2 bâtisses séparés), tout le reste fut parfait ! Belle chambre, très belle salle de bain, localisation parfaite, propre et confo !

Great location in the center of old Quebec City. Great value for the money spent. Highly recommended.

Really great place, the only thing I recommend is changing the tv in the room as it is pretty old. It would be better to have a smart tv as not many people watch tv anymore, more so Netflix and other platforms. But overall, great place, near by a lot of restaurants and activities.

First off, I speak French and my girlfriend is French so language was not a barrier. Nevertheless, we found the service to be abysmal. Our room was not cleaned despite notifying the property with ample time. The front staff had no reasonable explanation as to why this was not done. The heating in the room barely worked. We needed to use the provided space heater. The shower had mouldy caulking. The decor is dark with black wallpaper throughout. The walls are paper thin and you will hear every flush and cough. Finally, the TV in the room has the cable box mounted sideways. Good luck changing channels! Overall hard to recommend for the price. Look elsewhere.

Hands down thr best location out there for the price..the staff was very helpful and always welcoming...:only thing was our TV didn't work but in thierr defence we didn't let them know because honestly whose watching TV anyway when visiting a city as beautiful as Quebec! So yeah will be staying here Everytime we go back!!

We loved our stay at Hotel Manoir Morgan! It’s so conveniently located for a stay in Vieux Québec, and for parking, it’s just a short walk (3-5 minutes?) from the underground parking at Hotel de Ville. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous view and a very comfy bed. The person who welcomed us at check-in was very kind and courteous too. Just a great experience!
