I didn’t expect the quality of services from the hotel! However, I can say that the Le Saint-Sulpice hotel is one of top-notch hotels in Montreal. The overall services from the hotel were the high level so I enjoyed stay at the hotel so much! Especially, the size of room was big enough for a party of 4 and the valet service was convenient as well. I will definitely stay at the Le Saint-Sulpice Montreal again!

Loved the room for a family of 4 with teens. Everyone had their own “bed” to sleep in and the separate bedroom was great for extra room. Bathroom lacks counter space but is huge. The mattresses and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable! Mattress toppers or something would help. The hotel is in a great location but so much construction around. Loud construction began at 7 am!! Many shops closed for the season (we went in March) and they don’t open until 9. Tough to get a coffee anywhere before 9 am. Staff was very friendly and excellent service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, great staff, and nice suite with great bed and bed linens. Bathroom floor got a little worse for the wear over the course of the week and did not seem to ever get mopped around the shower or the toilet.

We arrived in Montreal just hours after the city’s largest snowstorm in over 70 years! Despite the weather, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality from the valet and front desk team. The suite we booked was spacious enough for our family of four. Traveling with two kids, ages 12 and 7, can be challenging at times, but the pullout sofa and Murphy bed helped keep the peace and made the stay much more comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Old Montreal, offering easy walking access to many of the city's beautiful sights. Ubers were readily available, making it convenient to travel further distances. I highly recommend this hotel for families, though I imagine it would be even more enjoyable for those without kids in tow!

Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Staff are great. Rooms are clean - we had a renovated one, which was nice. Can’t beat the location in Old Montreal.

Bien placé mais c’était la troisième fois que nous allions au st-sulpice et cette fois m’a beaucoup déçu, nous avions réservé un lit King et j’ai eu un lit queen, la chambre était au premier plancher donc très froide, j’ai levé la température mais le chauffage ne fournissait pas. Planché de salle de bain très froid donc ne prenez jamais une chambre sur le plancher principale. Nul part il était indiqué que le service de valet ne fonctionnait pas pour les camions, j’ai dû aller me stationner sur les quais et en plus d’être loin c’était très dispendieux pour ne pas avoir de services.

Beautiful hidden gem of a property! Wonderful staff, large well appointed rooms and lovely amenities and location.

Stellar hotel! Great service and a huge room…only issue was that our room was on the main floor and our main window looked into the restaurant. Would have much preferred a more private room as a couple.
