오뗄 르 콩코르드 퀘벡

이 호텔에서 2박을 하였는데, 1박을 하고 여행을 나갈 때 룸 청소를 해달라고 걸어놨는데, 돌아와보니 청소를 안 해 놨더라구요~ 수많은 여행을 다른 나라로 다녀봤지만 이런 경우는 처음이어서 상당히 기분이 나빴어요~ 그래서 2박 후 나올 때 팁도 안 놓고 나왔네요~ 개선이 필요할 듯 합니다~

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were terrible But mostly staffs are kind and good location

L emplacement de l hotel mais vu le prix par chambre on s attendait a une meilleure qualité (douche defectueuse) et lit se repliant tout seul...

Gros problème de stationnement pour les autos Environ 400 chambre et 140 place de stationnement Le premier soir j'ai du aller stationner mon auto dans un autre stationnement a 10 minute de marche en plus il pleuvait Je trouve le tout inacceptable Je ne vais plus retourner a cette hôtel

Très bien situé pour la visite du Vieux Québec à pied. Restos intéressants tout près. Une mention spéciale pour le cochon dingue au rez de chaussée de l hôtel. Nous étions la pour 2 nuits et pour un hôtel de renom comme celui-là, je trouve désolant que nous ayons eu à contacter la réception pour faire changer serviettes. Il me semble que ça devrait être un automatisme.

Toilette bruyante propreté qui laisse à désiré ! Plus de place dans le stationnement à notre arrivé … après avoir verbaliser notre mécontentement le valet est aller stationner notre voiture mais autrement on devait aller stationner à 5 minutes de l’hôtel ..

Great overall! Based on older reviews, the rooms seem to have been graded. Love the location.

Les chambres sont un peu désuètes. Drôle d’odeur dans la salle de bain. Les lits sont propres et très confortables. Le Hall et les environs manquent d’entretien. Beaucoup de monde dans cet hôtel et congestion possible au desk et aux ascenseurs. Hôtel très bien situé !

Vi valgte hotellet da der var mulighed for parkering på hotellet, men jeg tror hotellets egen parkering var fuldt optaget, så vi måtte gå 400 meter, for at parkere bilen. Værelset var lidt slidt nogle steder. Det trækker også ned at der ikke var morgenmad på hotellet som en del af prisen. Hotellet lå i gå afstand til Quebec Citys seværdigheder i den gamle bydel. Fin pool afdeling med både koldt og varmtvands boblebad.

We had a room with 2 queen beds booked for 4 people. There was only one bed side table and one wall lamp in between. Only one of the two lights in this lamp worked. There should have been a bedside table on each side and lamps for each bed. The mattress covers did not stay on. Each morning they would come off revealing stains. The lighting in the room was poor. There were not enough wall outlets. There were only 2 cups for 4 people. Our garbage was only changed the first day of a 4 night stay. Our cups were also not replaced. We did not have a do not clean sign so the room should have been cleaned by default. The toilet paper also was not replaced. We had to call 4 times for toilet paper, emptying garbage and replacing cups. The hotel is old and has not been maintained. It is falling apart. There are not enough elevators. There were line ups going up all the time. The parking garage is very dark, and has water leaking into it. The spots are incredibly small. It is too extreme for what you get. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The location is central. Beautiful view from the restaurant at the top.

The room was ready on time and clean. Staff, really makes sure you have a great experience! Kinda quiet at night so, you will have a good rest. Expedia website is really intuitive so easy to find and book an hotel room according to your needs! The negative part is that hotel needs a big refresh of everything. Mattress not really comfortable, paint chips, burned light bulb, mini-fridge not working, Ice machine on the floor not working, stains on the carpet ... Will I book again or recommend this hotel? Yes... when your travel, the purpose is not to spend all your time into your room, just to rest and sleep.

La chambre désuète, tête de lit tachée, fauteuil presque percé. Pas de télé intelligente. Très décevant.

Belle place, près de tout.
