직원들 모두 친절하고 분위기 젛았고 핫텁은 정말 최고였어요

루프탑 야외 수영장및 핫텁 때문에 예약했는데 수영장은 공사중이고 핫텁은 작은 한개 밖에 없었습니다. 4시 넘어 체크인했는데 룸 준비가 안되어 원래 룸이 아닌 룸으로 배정받았고, 새벽부터 체크아웃하는 손님들 방음이 잘안되어 일찍 일어나게 됐네요. 300불 넘는 가격에 할수있는게 별로 없네요. 아침도 불포함이고 …

We stayed one night on a family trip to the Rocky Mountains. It was good except that the room assigned was on the first floor. However, it was cheaper than the pre-booked price because there were many empty rooms on the day I went.

위치도 너무 좋고 방이 거실, 방, 화장실 다 넓직하네요. 전자렌지, 커피포트도 있어서 옆 슈퍼마켓에서 사다가 먹기도 편했고 따뜻한 온수풀장도 있어서 피로 풀기에도 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 호텔이 만족스러워서 밴프에 대한 기억도 좋게 기억될 것 같아요.

호텔이 너무나 멋집니다. 로비가 매우 멋지며, 내부 시설들도 멋집니다. 밴프시내랑 가까워서 접근성이 좋습니다. 객실은 조금 좁은편입니다만, 청결하고 좋습니다. 주차장은 넓은 편이나, 객실 대비 주차공간이 많이 부족합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 서비스도 좋습니다. 가성비는 떨어질수도 있지만, 제 밴프 마지막날의 최고의 숙박이었습니다.

This is a solid B. For it to be an A, staff need to be more attentive, the place needs better maintenance (particularly the rooftop hot tub area), and the noise level is a concern (the walls shake periodically and there is street noise). It's a solid B because the location is great, the place is cozy and has loads of potential and the parking is hassle-free. I'm not sure if I'd stay again; there are lots of options in the area, so I would search for the A option. Overall, good, not excellent.

Overall 3.5/5. There were some nice touches, but the experience was brought down by poor housekeeping and a few details you would not expect at this price point. We were upgraded thanks to my Expedia VIP status and received a cute anniversary card, which was thoughtful. Reception staff were friendly, and room service was good. Housekeeping was the main issue. On the first night, “fresh” towels had black makeup stains. The next day, after ordering room service, we returned in the evening to find the tray and dirty dishes still in the room and had to move them ourselves. Another day, we removed the Do Not Disturb sign around 11 a.m., but came back at 6 p.m. to an uncleaned room with a note saying it was skipped due to DND, which was not on the door when we left. Reception sent someone to refresh the room, but it was minimal. No proper cleaning, no new mugs or coffee, no toilet paper, and they even left dirty cleaning gloves on the kitchen counter. We had to call again for basic items. The in room coffee was very weak and tasted like water. We ordered coffee from the restaurant every day instead. The room was also a bit noisy from upstairs, and the sheets felt itchy and low quality. Underground parking and rooftop hot tubs were great, but for $350+ per night, it felt overpriced. We raised concerns with reception and no compensation was offered.

Balcony was unusable, not shovelled off. Over valued.

We did see a few bugs in our room during the stay. Staff said that’s normal because it’s in national park. However, we have never encountered that with other hotels in Banff.

A great three nights at the Moose. Location is very close to restaurants and hot tub area is large and well maintained. One suggestion would be to upgrade to a better coffee machine for this price point.

Very clean room with a patio and refrigerator. The staff were very friendly. It’s a modern hotel with a beautiful fireplace and lounge area. The hot tubs are spacious and get plenty of afternoon sun, with stunning mountain views. Free underground parking is a great bonus. I also noticed ski lockers and a workbench in the garage for servicing skis. The hotel is conveniently located one block from the free ski shuttles, downtown shops and restaurants, and a supermarket. My only complaint was the in-room coffee—it was bland and tasteless. A hotel of this quality should offer Nespresso or something similar.

Breakfast was excellent , but not included in stay . Hot tub was nice , can see the mtn, but not great; room view on bottom floor wasn’t the best - would suggest either facing interior or higher up

We enjoyed the room. It was a perfect fit for us. The location is great. Hot tubs are lovely but the pool is just ok. No over machine on our floor which was odd. Overall great stay.
