깔끔하고 가격대에 비해 큰방, 서비스 역시 훌륭하고 셔틀버스가 30분마다 다녀 어정쩡한 거리호텔을 이용하여 택시를 타는 것보다 경제적이고 어메니티도 록시땅이여서 좋았음, 조식역시 깔끔하여 다시 휘슬러를 간다면 망설임없이 다시 올것

The property has become dated and lacks high end up-grades. They have lost their edge on service as this place used to be top of the line and now is simply overpriced and average. At check out they tried to nickel and dime us for 'pay per view' tv services that we never ordered!

Such a wonderful stay! Staff were lovely! Would absolutely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay here. Lodge is located on a beautiful small lake. The Hot Tub was scorching hot and the pool is heated during the winter. The barrel sauna doesn't heat up all that much. Food in the downstairs restaurants was delicious. Will stay here again in the future!!

Clean room, lake view room is fantastic. Fireplace great. Bed very comfortable.

Hotel was very nice and staff were great. Some stuff under renovations but other than the workers moving around you would not know. Shuttle drivers very helpful.

We have stayed there before, it's a lovely setting. However, the furniture and bathroom need updating - many chipped or worn areas. Also, the edges of the bed extend past the mattress and I smashed my lower leg into the hard surface. The hair dryer stopped working after 5 minutes, and never was able to be turned on again. The quality of the 'extra' blankets was so poor - rough. We had breakfast in the dining room, nice server, but it arrived room temp - and the restaurant was mostly empty. We were also disappointed in our arrival: we had been given 'priority' for an early arrival, but ended up waiting all day until 4:00 - without much communication from the front desk.

Amazing stay. Beautiful, spacious suite with great layout and lake views. Thoughtful touches like L’Occitane products and Dyson hair dryer. Peaceful location—perfect family getaway.

Wonderful long weekend stay at Nita Lake Lodge! My wife and I enjoyed the room and facilities; this is truly a lakeside resort that is close to Whistler Creekside, great walking trails, and plenty of restaurants. Highlights: -pet friendly staff and facilities -shuttle to and from Whistler for skiing -pool to sauna to pool rotation

Convenient lockers near to Creekside Gondola. Great parking that was not overly tight. Amazing rooms with comfortable beds. The only downside was that the food on site was not excellent. We tried all of the dining options.

Exceptional service, amazing location, delicious breakfast. Nita Lake Lodge was the perfect place to stay while visiting Whistler.

Perfect stay. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Facilities in hotel and room of high quality, loved spending time in the spa, sauna and lounge after a day of skiing. The shuttle bus and lockers at the base of the mountain made the ski days a lot easier.

Lovely clean room with temperature control and a huge tub separate from shower

This is a 77 room lodge that has the potential to be great but unfortunately doesn’t begin to meet the bar for a 4 star hotel as it is advertised. First, there are virtually no services— no room service- I was told I could pick up my own food from the restaurant and bring it to the room!), no mini bar, no bottled water— even in glass bottles which would meet the green eco standards) no laundry service (I was told I could go to the garage and wash and dry my own clothes). The gym is being remodeled and is currently out of commission. There is a restaurant that is ok and and active bar area. Second, elevator areas beat up and our room was shabby- peeling paint and we had to call the plumber twice to fix the toilet. After writing a detailed letter of disappointment to the owner I was contacted by senior staff who were extremely nice and apologetic- we were compensated with breakfasts and a $200 dinner discount for each of our two rooms. But considering that we paid $14k for the two rooms for a week, the offer felt gratuitous and minimal. Despite all of these things the lodge was crowded- my guess is that people stay there to ski and for nothing else. everything in the village must have been booked or substantially more expensive. Bottom line is that this is not anywhere near a 4star experience- I expected a luxury stay and got more of a glorified Motel 6- a roof over our head. We felt cheated— not worth the money for what you get.

Upgraded room was a nice surprise after a long journey. The staff were very professional and the room and facilities were excellent and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay.
