Good value of the price

this hotel was terrible! The rooms were very dirty, we had our sheets changed twice on the bed and they were still covered in hair and dirt from other people, you couldn’t walk around the carpet without your shoes or socks on or your feet would turn black. the doors on the main floor going outside did not lock properly. The shower was growing mold. the interior door also did not lock properly. The hotel room had a disgusting musty smell to it, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. I could go on and on about this place. We ended up leaving after being checked in for an hour, and it took Expedia almost a week to get ahold of the hotel to process the refund to the point I myself had to call and tell them to communicate with Expedia. I will NEVER return here again.

The original room didn’t seem safe. The door wouldn’t lock so I given another room with no hesitation.

This place is a very basic hotel, the best description for it would be a motel instead. At least the place was clean but this place needs a heavy renovation.

Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom fixtures were dated. Great value for the night.

Quit

The room was good, spotless, a few items weren’t the best (but I guess you get what you paid for), staff was courteous. Was surprised to find that there is a parking charge, the staff explained to me courteously, but don’t know why was it in the first place. Is the hotel industry going towards airlines? Charge for every little thing? Anyways, also Expedia needs to highlight these as well and not hide it away for us to find the information. Otherwise no issues.

The beds were very comfy, clean rooms and very friendly staff :)

Children running and screaming in hallway and I called front desk and nothing done about it. This was at 11pm and later Not happy.

Good job of tidying up the room everyday. Denny’s right close. Good bed and pillows. Room could use a bit of an update, ie carpet.

Staff were courteous. We ordered breakfast from the in house Denny’s restaurant and food was great and staff was on point. Overall great stay.
