Great location and lovely staff. The rooms are modern, clean and cozy. I had a great stay here and i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, our stay was OK. When I first checked in, I forgot to have my credit card, but the lady at the desk kept my ID, which I thought was weird. The first thing I noticed when we finally made it to the room was the bathroom. There was dried urine and some brown substance dripping off the front of the seat which made me think they didn’t really clean the room that well because you cannot miss it. The room was rather small, but it did its job. The only other issue is the air conditioner. Had a light on that we couldn’t turn off at night so the room was very bright when we were trying to sleep. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was nice, but just upset about the bathroom because it made me think the rest of the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

I booked a room with the double bed as shown in the post only to be put in a closet-sized room with a single bed. I showed them the screenshot of the post. But they did not honor that & blamed Hotels.com for the bait & switch marketing. They should have found me the room I purchased & then addressed the false advertising with Hotels.com. I was so glad I only had 2 nights there. The room wasn't much bigger than the twin bed, making it more like a storage closet. If I had wanted a tiny room, I could've booked that elsewhere for a much better price. This was my 1st Quality Inn experience & will be my last. Hotels.com blamed it on the hotel as they provide the photos & information. Appreciated front desk staff, cleanliness, coffee machine in lobby & location.

Kind staff in a clean hotel in a very cool area of Montreal.

浴室花澆頭突然脫落, 險些兒打中脚, 通知前台經理, 敷衍回答話會維修, 結果沒有做到, 要我自己綁緊. 早餐食物數量不太多, 叫職員補充食物, 經理竟然對我說沒有了麵包. 房間細小非常擠迫

J aime beaucoup cet hotel ou je suis venue déja l annee dernière ..je m y sens bien ..tout le personnel est tres sympathique et bienveillant ..le petit dejeuner est bien et a du choix ..la chambre spacieuse et confortable L emplacement de l hotel est parfait pour tout faire a pied , metro ou bus .. J y reviendrai encore lors de mon prochain sejour

Parking is not included .. it's a separate establishment. Then we're not told how to get out so we had to go around the block.. a hassle.

Walking distance to Old Montreal. Close to lots of great restaurants. Great value for money. Breakfast included is good!! Great coffee maker in front area. Staff are really friendly and professional!

A good choice for location and affordability.

Super friendly staff, property is clean, 24 hours access to coffee, tea and water, simple but fresh breakfast, microwave in the dining room. Parking is close, but it is a pay parking, fare $18 per 24 hours. Everything is in waking distance, so you can park your car and forget about it.

Friendly staff, good location & clean room.

La chambre était propre et bien et correspondait bien à qualité-prix. Par contre je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité à l’extérieur de l’établissement et difficile pour le stationnement.

Kleines Zimmer, aber pikobello sauber. Direkt am quirligen Latin Quarter. Der Flughafenbus 747 fährt fast vor die Tür.
