Very noisy. The room smelled very strongly of cleaning products (bleach or something). It was nauseating.

Property is well maintained, rooms were clean

It was very nice. Clean

Good stay. Room was clean - beds weren’t great, but the room was well appointed with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Good breakfast, nice staff.

Vraiment apprécié notre séjour, je recommande, le déjeuner n’a pas beaucoup de choix mais sinon vraiment rentable surtout avec le parking gratuit

No hot water for morning shower Staff didn’t care.

The staff is very friendly. Place in and out are clean. They are at not even a kilometre from a big mall. We liked it and will definitely book their again when we go back to Ottawa.

This hotel is pretty tired and definitely needs a pretty serious update. Soon as you walk in it is dated, and unwelcoming but clean. The breakfast was the first time ever we ended up having to get breakfast somewhere else after. I would just cut out the breakfast because it’s poorly executed. The staff were all pleasant and the hotel is clean.

The room was great, unfortunately the heating was turned off and had been set to A/C so was very cold and with hard floors took a while to warm up. The bed was comfortable the shower was amazing, a safety bar would be a great addition for seniors. Hence a 4 star rating.

Clean and quiet

Hot tub wasn’t hot. TV didn’t work. Hall noise was excessive. We won’t be staying here again, especially at that price. It’s unfortunate.

it is a disgrace, we were denied ability to stay in the room we paid for because we did not bring a physical copy of the same credit card that was charged to pay for the room. they would not accept cash, debit, or any other type of security deposit and laughed at us when we said we had no where else to go and are from 4 hours away. even further will not give us a refund so literally stole $155 on us. stay far away from here.

The pool was way to cold and the hot tub was not hot. The towls at the pool facility were too small.

A few l ittle things needed attention but they were taken care of quickly. other than that, the beds need a more normal blanket instead of a sheet and heavy conforter. A lot of people don't like heavy comforters.
