The only reason I booked this hotel on New Year’s Eve was to have access to restaurant, pool and services and arrived at 7:40 pm to be told everything closed (pool was drained of water) with no prior notification…..I spent my money for a shower basically and ruined my New Year’s Eve - I would like to speak to management in follow up ….arent hotels in service Industry to give service to travellers?

Le comis à l’accueil m’a clairement dit qu’il y avait une grève et qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel Piscine sans eau Bain avec cerne de saleté Lit avec des poils tâches et des brillants Cafetière sale et gommante tablette poussiéreuse Normalement je ne suis tellement regardant mais lorsque sa saute aux yeux N’ayant pas de piscine il nous restait seulement la table billard table baby foot et air hockey pour nous divertir Mais impossible d’avoir de la monnaie pour les faire fonctionner Le commis à l’accueil n’avait pas de 1$ seulement des pièces de 2$ alors nous sommes resté dans nos chambre

Free shuttle and indoor pool (closed) probably I will use it on my way back. Lots of table games, gym and spacious room

Recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel near Montreal Airport, and my experience was disappointing to say the least. The cleanliness of the hotel was terrible—particularly the washroom and shower as well as the dirt in thr coffee maker and room appliances which were in unacceptable condition. To make matters worse, the washroom door lock was broken, adding to the overall feeling of terrible stay. The lack of a restaurant on-site was another inconvenience. I understand that staff may have been on strike, but no alternative arrangements or considerations were made for guests, leaving us to fend for ourselves. The service at the front desk was perhaps the most disheartening part of my stay. The lady I interacted with was rude and unprofessional, making it clear through her tone and body language—such as rolling her eyes when asked questions—that she was unwilling to assist. For a stay costing over $200 per night, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It is far from worth the price and falls significantly below basic hospitality standards. Please see the photos to show you how terrible your service is — thr management really need to look into their bad services.

Please make sure you verify with the hotel they are not on strike. !! We booked two rooms poolside for the kids to use the pool and games. Upon arrival the kids noticed the pool was empty as trying to checkin had taken approx 15 minutes and they started to wander getting bored standing at front desk. We asked the lady at hotel trying to check us in and once asked she notified us they were on strike and had no access to pool, activity, restaurant or bar. Would have been nice if they had mentioned this previously. This is the first review I have ever left but can’t let this go unmentioned. The girl at the front desk said to contact Expedia for a refund. We have and have yet to receive refund but want to post so others don’t show up to the mess there is as it looks good for the kids online but nothing available when you get there.

Lift working 50% of the time. Arrival in the room cold & door opened. Sink did not release water. Bath was very slippery. Pool was on strike.

No blow dryer, bugs everywhere, light fixture has not light bulb... not happy!

The restaurant was closed 2 nights, empty hotel. Felt abandoned

The property is under renovation and the staff is on strike. I booked the hotel because it had a restaurant; however, with the hotel on strike this was not the case. Also, the elevators were out the entire time; thankfully, the property is only 2 or 3 floors high.

We showed up and found out the hotel was on strike... if I had known that I would have canceled my booking and booked with another hotel. They also didn't have the types of rooms I booked and were not willing to refund me for those so we could leave a book another hotel so we were kinds stuck.

Personnel en grève, ascenseur défectueux. Aucun rabais pour les inconvénients. J'avais réservé une autre nuit fin janvier.Soyez certain que je vais canceller à mon retour d'Orlando.

Me gustó: Las habitaciones muy bien, camas cómodas, acogedor y con servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. No me gustó: El servicio del recepcionista en el check in no fue el mejor, fue muy distraído, lento. La recepción se ve ya vieja.

I had a reservation and when I show up they gave my reser vation to somebody else. Terrible experience

we booked this hotel for the pool and they closed it at 830... very disappointed kids

It’s a old property doesn’t look like ration from outside looks like some old motel that is bought by radisson
