I don’t think they put much money back into this hotel. It’s kinda old and run down. But the staff are nice.

Room was clean, maintenance needed to fix a few things but overall good.

I don't like this accommodation at all. The reception lady when I checked in was a little bit impatient to me, but she was warm to people in front me and after me. However the reception lady who is responsible for my check out are so warm makes me felt better welcomed. There is a smell of marijuana in the room. Open the door to make sure that it is not the smell coming from the door or outside the balcony. I'm not sure whether someone smoked marijuana in this room before or the smell came from the next room. After 9 p.m., someone smashed the door of the next room and made a loud noise couple times. No one came out to manage it. It makes people feel very unsettled to stay here. I don’t know whether I passed out or fall asleep whole night. But when I woke up in the morning I have a severe headache and my throat feels weird.

Decent room, fair price and good breakfast

Comfortable, clean bedding and clean towels. Brekfast was fine too. The cleanliness of the room and surrounding stairs and hallways were never cleaned. Very dirty. Curtain and drapes are fraying and falling apart. Previous people who stayed there personal receipt found under the desk and it was a full 8x11 receipt.

The kitchen stops cooking at 9:30 am for a breakfast that is offered until 10 am. The tables were dirty both mornings of our stay.

The hotel has open access, and it seems that anyone can enter the building at any time. The common areas were quite dirty, although the room itself was reasonably clean. The price was good. Still, I’m not sure I would book it again, particularly as a woman staying alone with a room close to the main entrance.

Lady did her job but was all most like a machine. No smile no greeting.

This is a very old property and you can certainly tell. Carpets and furniture are musty and well used. Had a few issues with missing amenities and appliances that should have been seen by housekeeping. However the gentleman who was manning the front desk was exceptional, he was polite and very helpful. The cost is low and if you just need an overnight stay or accommodations while you’re working out of town it would probably be a good fit.
