체크인시 담당하는 직원들 중 일부의 태도가 불친절했다. 차량주차증을 별도로 주차티켓으로 발급하지 않고 홍크 시스템에 차량번호를 입력하는 방식인데, 입력절차에 대한 설명이 매우 부족했다. 그림으로 순서도를 제시해주면 좋겠다.

Satisfied in general. Very kind rreception and good for access uo downtown. Providing something to cook in kitchen would be thanks.

good but a little dificult to find the hotel since it is located inside college campus

이곳은 대학기숙사를 방학동안 비어있는 방을 빌려주는 곳이였다. 주소를 가지고 찾는데, 3-40분이나 소비하고, 커피메이커등도 없었고, 방이 두개. 가족들이 하루밤 싸게 머무르는 곳으로 적당. 호텔로서는 완전 꽝이었네요.

As described, this is a student residence. No tv, minimal kitchen but clean and comfortable.

Our rom smelled CRAZY. Like years of sweat and wax. The beds are smaller than double size so trying to sleep two to a bed was kind of a nightmare. Struggled with connecting to the wifi and the staff were unable to come to my room to help solve the problem. This room should be $50 a night MAX. Would not recommend.

Good value for the stay. Perfect for what we needed this weekend.

Was fine

On a passé un bon séjour. Nous étions là que pour une nuit et nous n'étions pas déçu. La résidence était propre ainsi que les 2 chambres. L'accueil impeccable, certains étaient bilingue. Possibilité de stationnement à coût réduit.

Parking was safe and easy about a 2 minute walk room was very clean but spartan. Most notably there was no tv Website is not clear enough that it is a college dormitory residence

Very good place to stay for the basics

They don’t tell you it’s a dorm turned into a hotel so it felt like it was a dorm or a hospital not a hotel. You need to know that it’s attached to a college dorm.

Didn’t not expect to be in a dorm. But overall it was ok for a night. Bathroom are really basic - made me feel like bien a collage student all over again :)

La réception m avait aidé pour remplir mon entrer au stationnement et aussi était bien courtois envers nous je conseille d autres voyageurs à réserver cette place.

The staff are very friendly

Should be stated what bldg the check in is. Address brings you to the main administrative building. Residence is located in Bldg R.

The address listed by Expedia is incorrect. In a world where we travel by entering addresses into maps, we lost valuable time in the wrong part of the large campus due to the Woodroffe address listed. Thankfully the Residence staff guided us in the right direction and were very helpful and accommodating, also thankfully we have a vehicle to move ourselves across the area. If we had been dropped off, with all our equipment, we would have been stuck a very long way from the actual Residence. The rooms are clean and simple. Perfect for what it is. Staff, access, parking, all great. Very disappointed in Expedia for not confirming the location.

Parking safe. Unloading give yourself time. And get cart if needed. Staff lovely land helpful. Didn’t get a chance to see common area kitchen. Price was high for time of year and surround hotels. Did enjoy the private rooms and college dorm experience for my teenage son.

Very convinent

Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer. Oddly, they have equipment like irons but they don't keep track of the room where the iron is so there is a good chance they won't be able to find one for you.
