체크인시 담당하는 직원들 중 일부의 태도가 불친절했다. 차량주차증을 별도로 주차티켓으로 발급하지 않고 홍크 시스템에 차량번호를 입력하는 방식인데, 입력절차에 대한 설명이 매우 부족했다. 그림으로 순서도를 제시해주면 좋겠다.

Satisfied in general. Very kind rreception and good for access uo downtown. Providing something to cook in kitchen would be thanks.

good but a little dificult to find the hotel since it is located inside college campus

이곳은 대학기숙사를 방학동안 비어있는 방을 빌려주는 곳이였다. 주소를 가지고 찾는데, 3-40분이나 소비하고, 커피메이커등도 없었고, 방이 두개. 가족들이 하루밤 싸게 머무르는 곳으로 적당. 호텔로서는 완전 꽝이었네요.

There was pee all around the toilet boil on the tiled floor and in the corner of the bathroom. Both rooms electrical outlets did not work. The place looked run down and there were ants along the baseboards.

Theres just nothing to the rooms. No TV, no radio, no alarm clock. The kitchen area had no glasses, no plates, no cutlery. I get that its a student residence half the time but come on, do SOMETHING

Front desk staff are not supposed to say your room number out loud during check-in for safety purposes, but they did. The room itself smelled terrible, had scuffed and peeling wallpaper, chipped paint on the clothes rail in the closet area (which was very noticeable because they have no doors), and a big clump of black hair on the bathroom floor. The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were tiny and we could easily feel the springs in the mattresses. The bottom sheet on one of the beds only covered the top 2/3 of the mattress; I had to pull off the bedding, turn the sheet sideways, and tuck it in the sides. It was not big enough to be tucked into the top and bottom, but it was better than having my feet on the mattress protector. The beds only had one thin blanket each, sandwiched between two flat sheets. We borrowed another blanket from the family we were visiting for one bed, and used the towels as blankets for the other bed. The towels were nice and soft at least.

It a collage campus so do not expect a hoyel quality stay but for the price it is really good.

Parking are extra, not expensive but something to know.

Everything was good except the wifi.

Parking at the hotel is not free. There are several lots on the campus. I mixed up the lot number and received a parking ticket.

The parking was safe and easy. Several restaurants and shops nearby. Only one thing to highlight, the facility does not include brekfast.

The bed was creaky, the room was cold, the blankets very thin.

We had a 2 days reservation, after sing in we saw the room and realise it was more student residence so we ask to stay only one night but it was not possible to cancel even if hotel.com work very hard for us (thanks for that) Also they badly explain the parking, we pay 33$ to park in a empty parking for 2 nights abd at the end they told us it was free but the app was sending notifications to pay at midnight, no way to get refund that wath i was told Next time i will go more downtown it will be more easy
