We had a great stay at the Sandman! We were greeted by Anisha upon arrival & she was lovely, ensuring we were completely satisfied with the room before confirming it for us. We had our dog with us & were grateful to be welcomed with him. As for the building condition, we recognize this is an older hotel so everything isn't shiny & new, but it was clean & nicely painted. No concerns here! I would certainly recommend this pet-friendly facility to anyone travelling to or through Williams Lake, B.C.

We had a great stay at the Sandman! We were greeted by Anisha upon arrival & she was lovely, ensuring we were completely satisfied with the room before confirming it for us. Old hotel needs a good deep clean. Should be under $100. I’ll spend alittle extra next time and stay at the Super 8 or Best Western. Not worth the money saved.

The service from the staff at the Williams Lake Sandman is amazing. I always have great service when I stay here. The service at both the hotel and dennys is impeccable. This is an older hotel so expect some general wear and tear because of the properties age. I recommend this property for a stay in Williams Lake.

The paint, baseboards, trim all seemed dirty and needed a refresh. Likely wont stay again. Felt very worn down.

The shower/bath tap was broken. It would jot completely switch to shower or the tub faucet.
The a/c was unplugged and either the electrical socket was broken or the a/c unit was broken. And it was super hot in the room.
The windows opened which was nice but there was no screen and once I saw a bat or bird fly away when I opened the window I decided it best to suffer with the heat.
The TV was basic cable and the screen was fuzzy no matter what I tried so instead watched Netflix off my phone.
Oh and the hot water in the shower that did not drain because of the fore mentioned faucet issue, was brownish yellow and had a smell to it.
I wish this was a joke but the only joke here was this hotel.

This hotel is getting tired and really does need some sprucing up. Reception area had a very strong disinfectant smell quite annoying. Carpets really need to be upgraded and windows are very tired

The property was an excellent and convenient location for food and restaurant. Denny's is attached to the front desk. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

The property is lovely except I was not informed there was not an elevator and when your traveling with a baby and staying on the second floor it was a little inconvenient
