Really like staying at Saskatoon Inn. Was not real happy about 2 big dogs coming into the hotel lobby and going into the elevator.
We were not the only ones taken back by seeing this. Dogs do not belong in a hotel room.one man and 2 large furry dogs. Not to appealing. Service dogs yes. Pets should go stay at a dog hotel.

While the staff were very friendly and professional, we were very disappointed to notice how much the cleanliness and upkeep of the property has gone down since our last visit in 2024.
The first thing that was noticed was the weeds and garbage all over the parking lot. It’s definitely not a good first impression when you pull up. The main lobby and courtyard area is still very beautiful and relaxing, but we were disappointed to see how cloudy the water of the pool was. I thought it was either very dirty or the chemicals are not properly balanced. There is disrepair with the pool lining and worn furniture needing replacing. There was garbage and a housekeeping trolly that stayed on the fourth floor hallway our entire stay and our room was not sufficiently clean. There were hairs in the sink and in the tub and the window looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in two years.
We really do love this hotel and it has a lot of potential to be a great stay but attention to detail is essential when asking people to pay to stay.

Hotel has modernized the rooms, and they were clean. There were 3 adults in one room and they only had amenities in the room, like towels and facecloths for 2. We were in the room for 3 nights and never saw a cleaning cart….ever! Room was not cleaned in spite of asking for it.
The food in the restaurant was very good, and the servers were excellent!!
The desk clerk was difficult to understand, and it took a few go-rounds to make a point or ask a question. English is definitely not the mother tongue so a few more English lessons would help,

The rule about minors not being in the bar area is rediculous. Follow suit with what the rest of Canada is doing.
Otherwise this was a great stay. Clean and comfortable.

Things have changed since we were there six months ago .They used to have a full served breakfast as a complementary breakfast. It’s now a so so buffet breakfast not impressed. It’s a fairly good value, but the towels are old and no face cloths supplied service in the lounge is great, I guess you get what you pay for, the space and greenery is welcoming.

I had stayed on the 8th floor last week and all was great. Stayed on 7 th floor this week and in the foyer getting off elevator was a usual and bad odour that was evident every time I walked through to use elevator.
Restaurant staff was blah, a totally different experience from the week before. Not positive!

Everything is very clean. The sheets, especially feel extremely nice. The bed is very comfortable. The room is large and convenient. Before hitting your floor number Remember to tap your card in the elevator or you will not go up to your room.
Large selection of choices on the restaurant menu with good food and good service at very reasonable prices. I stay here often.

The lobby and staff were very nice. The room was fine but the 2 placards near the thermostat and fan controls would lead a person to believe that there was actually control of the fan and temperature. My room never changed temperature. It was always 25 with a low fan no matter what I did. I really wanted it much cooler . Turning the knob to change the fan speed to off did not work. It was very frustrating as I hate the sound of a fan running constantly especially when it doesn't do anything.

The hotel itself was great the room was clean and the beds were comfortable but our room was right beside the elevators so every time it went up our down the room would shake the bath room was a little run down there was chunks taken out of the tub and toilet seat kept on sliding off
