Nice rooms, mattresses need updated left with a backache. Nice waterpark, also needs some updating but overall nice & my kjds enjoyed it. The oarking garage was fun to get in and out of & park in lol other than that it was nice for what we needed.

I reserved 4 rooms for our grown kids and the grandkids, we were provided an early check in on one of our rooms so we could unload our vehicles and get ready for the Waterpark. We were granted late check out for our rooms that allowed us to enjoy the Waterpark on the day of check out. All the staff we encountered was excellent. Thank you

The front desk officer is not so friendly at the Skyline. The housekeeping have a great job when our toilet bowl is clog i call them and went right away to our room and fix it.

Hotel if located in a desirable area of Clifton Hills, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Went with family and three young grandkids and had a good time. Nothing fancy and good value for the area.

I ask the front office before check in if we can have crib, and she said that we can go ahead to our room and call the front so they will deliver it. When we got there, i called them and they said they can’t bring the crib because of our room type. This is so misleading. Also, the room floor was sticky and disgusting. A lot of noise you can here from outside at 12am. It’s not infant friendly and the only thing good with it was the pathway to the waterpark where there’s rude guy from customer service.

the first 3 days they had a male hosekeeper, horrible job he wouldnt clean the room and when we complaint he went to our room to confront us he didnt leave toilet paper, cups or clean towels. Hotel has a sign that if you refuse housekeeping you get a $5 starbucks gift card, my room never got cleaned i asked for the card and they said it had been clean, the place is old and smelly, i had a suit not enough storage for clothes. I would never come back to this hotel, i been several times in niagara falls and had never experience this.

Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

I understand it’s an older hotel so it is not going to be amazing. But the keys stopped working, water was running all throughout the night, and room was dirty. The main thing was the female security guard was completely rude for no reason. Our kids were surprisingly quiet in the courtyard and she was rude to them. While she was rude to us and our children, other kids were running around screaming, knocking on random doors and windows- being extremely loud. But instead of saying anything to them, so choose to pick a bone with us while we were all sitting around playing games. The second night of our stay we were in the courtyard again and had a different security guard come up to us. He was very polite and kind. A complete opposite of the female the previous night. I do think it’s silly they kick you out of the courtyard at 10 and kids aren’t to play in it. I also understand they have to have rules but it is in how you communicate them to people. We stay here all the time and will never be back due to how that security guard treated us and our kids.
