Nice room with great view,

Customer service - very helpful, and check in was very smooth and quick which was greatly appreciated after a long travel day, Super clean property and views of the ocean were stupendous!

We went for Thanksgiving and had a beautiful dinner with the amazing view. It was cozy, warm and just a nice family time. Staff was available during the day for questions and access to the gym. A nice hike was close by.

Sadly got the smallest unit with limited views but lovely location for hiking. Bring what you need, it’s a long drive back to Sooke for supplies. Still under construction some noise in the am and lots of construction workers and equipment.

very beautiful views, nice trail near the property. Nowhere to eat, everything was 30-45 mins away on a very windy road. The place is heavily under construction which was not posted. The TV did not work properly and the fireplace gave off zero heat...just for show. Fridge leaked and the bedroom and bathroom doors squeaked alot, which woke up people

This place is as beautiful as it is remote. It was amazing views, beautiful cottage, it had everything except the food that you bring yourselves. I can't think of a place that a pair of binoculars should be in each cottage. They had a beautiful knife set...not one sharp knife. A nonstick frying pan wouldn't hurt either. You are inundated with emails before during and after you leave. Their online check in is atrocious, and the kicker is that they're building Phase 2, and when you're trying to have a lazy morning in paradise, it sounds like a war zone outside! Also you're immediately inundated upon entering your cottage you're assaulted with a giant list of DON'TS! Don't do this,don't do that,and the finale of your stay after paying several hundreds of dollars a night, they want you to haul your garbage and recycling up the hill to their garbage site!!!??? IN WHAT WORLD????!!! Absolutely ludicrous!

Spectacular views

This cottage is basically an Air B&B. They ask you to take out the garbage and run the dishwasher before check out. Here are the pros and cons. Pro: great view Cons: No house keeping No dining options AT ALL No one on site after 5pm. No one to help you after 5pm. No decent grocery stores within 30 mins of driving. (There is one super tiny one 15 mins driving with very limited choice.) No access to anything else like access to water or amenity (gym require daily fee) Construction happening that is quiet but did distracted some views. In conclusion, we won’t be coming back as it was extremely inconvenient and all it provided was great view. It may work for someone but with 2 kids and senior family members it was not great for us.

Although it was a little far to drive from Victoria, we had a great time with our stay. It was a very nice place with a beautiful ocean view. The unit we stayed in had many amenities to include three TVs, two fireplaces, and power blinds. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had good communications and an easy check in. love it!

The unit and location are stunning! we loved the view and the floor to celling windows. We had everything we needed for a great stay. visually the surrounding property is not at is best as it’s under construction which was loud when we were in the parking lot but not an issue in unit or on balcony. It was quite a hike from the city on a beautiful but windy road.

Needed more supplies like toilet Paper but otherwise amazing accommodations.

The views are unforgettable. Some construction active on property. It wasnt a bother just a bit of an eyesore when entering resort. Place is a treasure!
