Kaunter penerimaan tetamu dibuka setiap hari dari 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Untuk membuat pengaturan daftar masuk sila hubungi hartanah sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum ketibaan menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan. Jika anda bercadang untuk tiba selepas 5 PM sila hubungi hartanah terlebih dahulu menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan. Tetamu yang merancang untuk tiba di luar waktu daftar masuk biasa akan menerima e-mel dalam masa 24 jam sebelum ketibaan dengan arahan daftar masuk dan maklumat peti kunci. Kaunter penerimaan tetamu dibuka semasa waktu terhad. Untuk sebarang pertanyaan, sila hubungi hartanah menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.
Hartanah akan diubah suai dari 2 Julai 2024 hingga 31 Disember 2026 (tarikh siap tertakluk kepada perubahan). Kawasan berikut terjejas:

Our stay was very disappointing. Check-in was at 4 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until 9 PM—five hours later—affecting several other guests too. The hotel has about a dozen rooms and was fully booked before a busy long weekend, but this delay was unacceptable. When we checked in at 7:06 PM, Trixie was rude and unhelpful, responding to questions with “I don’t know” and shoulder shrugs. She even said she couldn’t contact housekeeping because “they will get mad at me.”
There was no place for guests to wait inside, and many waited in cars or other rooms. We were among the first to arrive but the last to get a room. Our room had multiple small issues, and when we sought help, we got an automated message saying no one was available. Our stovetop stopped working, forcing us to cook in another room since there were no nearby food options.
After all this, the hotel refused even a one-hour late checkout after the long weekend. To add insult to injury, after checkout we were charged an unexplained extra cleaning fee. Trixie just gave us the general manager’s email with no explanation. We had cleaned the room, loaded the dishwasher (except a few dishes), and left garbage bagged. The only thing left out were cans beside the sink due to no recycling bin.
Overall, poor service, rude staff, and lack of communication made this stay very frustrating. I cannot recommend this tell.

Beautiful area, hard to get to unless you drive to it. Resort is far from being completed, tons under construction. No food or indoor restaurants nearby.
Gym is open til 6pm and is an apartment with very little equipment. Front desk should be all handled online, they communicate through email even if youre late to check in. Hospitality is not the forte. Hiking is amazing on the coast.

This was a getaway for my wife and I and it was fantastic. Serene and beautiful setting. Very quiet, with a beautiful fireplace and a full kitchen. Washer and dryer came in handy after the one rainy day we faced. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

This cottage was stunning and very quiet. The whole wall opens to the ocean. It was well appointed and lovely.
There were a lot of stairs to get down to it. It is very close to beautiful hikes.

If you want to enjoy the ocean view, it is a good place to stay and chill.
However, with this price, I am expecting a better stay experience.
The rooms are not clean, especially the bedrooms carpet. There are odors in the room, you will have to open the balcony door the have fresh air.
There are quite a lot of mosquito in the rooms, both of my kids got mosquito bites, so please bring bug spray if you want to stay in.
