Nice to have a pool in this location. Clean and not over run with kids. Relaxing. Lady that checked us in afternoon of the 5th ..fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Absolutely recommend her as an ambassador for your hotel. Stayed here many times and it works location v price v Clean for my needs. Only down side for me is breakfast not the best quality but sausages are good.

The room was decent. Clean. Nothing extravagant but did what it needed too. But be prepared to be woken early by hotel staff in hallways cleaning rooms. Talking to each other. And knocking on everyone’s door. Otherwise staff were friendly and a good bang for your buck.

Convenient location, clean room and great price

The staff was beyond rude and not help. They clear our $200 deposit for something that was not our fault. The mirror fell off the wall while we were checking out. And they believe it was our fault. NEVER heard I’ll go back again and the “breakfast” good luck with that.

Pool was being used for swimming lessons so there was 5 instructors and 4 students were in there until 8 pm The hot tub was closed when we checked in and took a few hours to get up to temp. Heard a staff member tell a guest that wasn’t happy with the pool situation to shut up when he requested a refund and stated he would stay somewhere else.

Rooms for nice, staff were easy to deal with. No problems checking in early from my wife’s surgery. Definitely a place I would use again.

The room was clean in the important areas, but there was a very old cobweb behind the bathroom door and someone's pistachio shells behind the baseboard/register by the garbage cans. The double queen room was also only big enough for 1 person to walk by the beds at a time, so a little tighter than the picture would let you believe. The staff were all welcoming and friendly and the pool was the perfect temperature, though it barely smelled of chlorine, so might have needed a top up. We could also hear other guests from our room, the most notable being a very loud yawn, bordering on a shout that woke us every morning right on 8 am. 😂 There were some very busy nights by the lack of parking, but we found a spot each time. Other guests were decently respectful with their noise levels and we felt quite safe and comfortable.
