Room and location are wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom unit for 5 people. Would stay again based on those 2 things. There were 2 coffee pods supplied. I asked for more. They gave me 1 more at the front desk and said they’d send more to the room. This did not happen. Smoke detector outside room screamed for 2 hours. Calls to the desk did not result in a fix or reassurance. Staff in general appeared disinterested at best.

Best view from the balcony. Great kitchen and laundry. Great for travelling with kids, nice to have separate bedrooms.

Rooms are older. Front desk staff are very unfriendly and rude. Ada door to get in was broken.

Room was very clean, staff were very nice, theres a full kitchen,washer.

We stayed here for 3 nights, we arrived to a building site. We were not aware of any of the scheduled maintenance to be done on the property prior to our arrival, had we had known we might have changed accommodation as there was constant noise from the builders throughout the day which is not ideal when arriving from a long haul flight and you need rest. Don't plan on using the restaurant as we were told that his has been closed since covid. We had several issues with our room 504 which included out of order washer, broken kitchen cupboards, completely unsafe hob, no pans or kitchen utensils to cook with even if the hob was safe to use, limited crockery not enough for the 4 people in our party, broken toilet seat. The balcony door was unlocked with no notice to say it couldn't be used, however when I went to speak to reception about a table and chairs we were told it was not to be used due to safety issues and yet on check out were told it could have been used although the hotel do not provide table and chairs for the balcony. I did ask to speak to a manager twice during our 3 night stay but was told none were available. Have since been in contact via email with the manager and have received a partial room refund for issues we had, but I am still chasing them 14 days later for the security deposit that they took on check in to be released back to our credit card, I have made numerous telephone calls and emails and I am still waiting for it to be released. Won't return.

No........ice machine , vending machines , water bottles , coffee .......and the vintage toilet was dangerously close to overflowing !

In my point of view of the hotel of Waterside Inn, it was pretty excellent with the staff and how the facility and our room were spotless clean. Definitely recommend to anyone who stay here to relax and enjoy the out side view and couple amazing restaurants.

Beautiful spacious deluxe room and huge bathroom. Stayed only for one night but it was in a perfect location close to so many restaurants.

Air conditioning was not that good. Lacking shower gel & pilet paper

Old, outdated furniture, tiny bed (we stayed in a suite) Terrible checkin experience. Having said that, great location and the suite was the size a one bed apt. House keeping staff was great, the person checked us in couldn’t be bothered and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her.

No ice machines. Was directed to a CStore. Great balconies over looking the lake with no chairs. Was advised not to use the balcony. Some were under construction.

We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

The construction noise was quite intense, but the staff moved me to a room away from the noise without any fuss.

Very old, not well maintained

Big rooms; it used to be an apartment building. Full kitchen with washing machine but there was nothing to cook with, not even one pan. There's a note stating to call if more utensils are needed so if you plan on using the kitchen be sure to get everything up front. Great location beside a marina and very good walking paths. Lots of restaurants on the street and the best "breakfast all day" just several hundred feet across the bridge.

This hotel look like it used to be an apartment building. Small rooms. Full kitchen, small living room and bedroom. Bed was slightly uncomfortable. Hard and squeaky. Outside noise was disturbing.

We didn’t know we were getting a full suite including mini dishwasher and washer/dryer for less than the price of a basic hotel room. Only negative was sofa and carpet could use freshening up so they didn’t smell a bit stale.

Great view and location overlooking the port. Short walk to train and bus stations. Even shorter walk to the main street for restaurants and bars where there was a multitude of offerings.

Good place to stay.

Nobody at the reception when I arrive, had to wait after a long flight, plus noisy Renovation work during the day and the hotel itself looks pretty old…
