The stay was nice and the staff from the event/convention room was very friendly and helpful.

Nice suite. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was nice. Good location. I would stay there again.

The staff made all the difference for me. My room was 1203, and the views from here were breathtaking! Snug Harbour Restaurant, just opposite the hotel, has a fantastic menu! Please try the dining experience there! I had a really beautiful experience! A nice getaway to rest and enjoy a beautiful community!

Very basic hotel Nothing special other than location

Unfortunately this stay was not as good as our previous stay. I like this boutique hotel because its proximity to walkable food and entertainment, and convenience of having a kitchen. The past times I have stayed, cooking utensils and pots/pans were in the room. This time, I had to request every item, even a knife to cut. The first room we were put in, we got ourselves settled and then the shower curtain fell down. We asked for maintenance but no one was available so we had to repack and move. The next room had no heat. When we asked about it, the staff had no solution so brought blankets. It was my birthday weekend and I was disappointed.

Staff upgraded us to a Penthouse suite when we realized that the beds in the standard rooms were only Queen size beds. Standard room looks more like an apartment and bedroom was small with no TV in the room. Penthouse suite was beautiful though

Great spot , I’m a regular here

I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. The room was dirty, there was finger print marks everywhere, especially the mirrors. I would not recommend nor visit here again.

Absolutely love the location. Right in the heart of Port Credit and right beside the river. Lovely walking paths, a wealth of restaurants to choose from, coffee shops etc. For the price, this place is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the staff are very responsive. It is a bit dated cosmetically, but the positives far outweigh this. Highly recommend.

Very specious, clean, quiet property. Just by Harbour, nice walking space across the road, plenty restaurants by walking and driving distance. Worth looking, before booking other hotel room.

The kitchen was equipped and the room was clean. Nice staff. Lake view was overlooking the boat storage area which distracted from a clear view of tge lake.

Great location, excellent dining options in close proximity, spacious room, Clothes washer in room is out of commission, room needs an update

The room was very clean, and everything was nice and tidy! The staff were super kind, and the hotel was easy to navigate. I loved how homey and cozy the whole vibe is! The appliances and bathroom are slightly dated, but everything worked and was great, so no major complaints! I'd definitely come here again

We stayed at Waterside Inn hotel for two nights as a family, and while there were a few positives, our overall experience was concerning—especially traveling with a toddler. I want to start by acknowledging that the staff were consistently friendly and professional. Every interaction we had with them was polite and respectful, and they did make an effort to be helpful. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. The carpet appeared as it had not been vacuumed in a very long time, and the curtains were visibly dusty. This created an uncomfortable environment, particularly for a family with a toddler who spends time close to the floor and touching surfaces. Another major issue was the lack of privacy. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign provided in the room, and despite us being inside, housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked and even attempted to open the door on the check-out day around 10AM. Our checkout time was 12PM. What made this especially troubling is that shortly after our stay, our baby got a fever. While it’s impossible to say with certainty what caused it, the level of dust and lack of cleanliness in the room raises real concerns about hygiene standards. For families traveling with young children, cleanliness is not optional—it’s essential. Despite the kind and professional staff, we cannot recommend this hotel for families with toddlers unless there are significant improvements in housekeeping and room maintenance.

Could be clearer and parking was fine…location is great

It was a spacious suite in a great location. The decor is a bit dated but it was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. I would stay again.
