스텝들은친절하고 침대는 편안.전자렌지 냉장고는 커서 좋았다. 위치도 최고... 하지만 키친 청소 상태가 엉망이었다. 냉동실은 더러워서 직접 휴지로 치웠고 식기를 찾다가 식기세척기에서 정리되지 않은 상태로 발견 .찌꺼기가 남아있는 상태. 너무 더러워서 만지기가 싫음. 거기다 정리되어있던 그릇조차 검은 그을름이 있었다. 하여간 키친은 겉으로 보여지지 않는 부분 너무 신경 쓰지 않아서 넘 실망. 코로나 때문이라도 제발 신경써서 클린해야 할듯.

I leave this comment for future customers who will choose Townplace Suits by Marriott. Every customer should check your advance deposit after your trip because this hotel charged this fee in my case. Before I checked out of the hotel, I confirmed that it will not be charged with front desk employee several times but I paid over 370 dollars on three separate deposits. Moreover, I was not able to find one of advance deposits among them even in the receipts. After my business trip, I should make a complaint application and customer statement for this problem and submit them to my company & the credit card company & hotels.com. Now I have to reissue my company credit card due to this problem. I am going leave this comment on Marriott website (Marriott BONVOY) as well. It was the most terrible hotel I`ve stayed.

Great hotel very clean and staff as very nice. Good breakfast :-)!

Helpful staff!

Everything was great, except the intermittent thrumming sound the building made all night. I don't know it was the HVAC or what, but it was disruptive. Also, the light on our desk kept turning itself off and on.

Very nice hotel, lovely clean suite, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, hit the spot. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great experience, I would recommend it!

Booking through Expedia resulted in not getting the room (reason to stay at particular hotel) required nor the discount for hospital stay.

Clean room, very friendly staff, good morning breakfast with eggs, ham, toast, waffles, fresh fruits. Nice that a standalone tea/coffee station is available throughout the day. Fitness centre open 24 hours. Ample parking and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Facility is built in a T shape and a long walk if you need the elevator. Good stay, will be back.

The breakfast is okay could be better and the really is no other amenity. But the EV chargers are great

Breakfast staff during the week: Donna was wonderful! She always greeted with a good morning, advised what breakfast is on that day, asked how our stay is going & answered questions all in a upbeat polite manner. She is super friendly & personable. Food was great. Check in & check out staff were also personable & friendly! Room was clean, cleaning staff also great to deal with. A ton of available parking. We would definitely stay there again & recommend to family & friends.

Room was clean, good variety of hot food with breakfast but don't have a bagel, it was a hockey puck. Beds were comfortable but you can hear all noise in hallway and rooms beside you. Decent hotel but would probably go elsewhere next time in the area.

Checked me into a room that was already occupied. Long black hair on my towels - 3/4 of them. Hair in one of the beds Sink wouldn't drain

This is such an underrated hotel. Quiet, friendly staff and the gym is actually loaded! It’s a two star hotel but really it acts like a three star. Breakfast was quality even though it was a continental which can be hit or miss but it was solid. Fresh food coming out constantly! Room was functional with great tv options. Shower felt amazing too after a big day. Thank you team for a great experience!!
