스텝들은친절하고 침대는 편안.전자렌지 냉장고는 커서 좋았다. 위치도 최고... 하지만 키친 청소 상태가 엉망이었다. 냉동실은 더러워서 직접 휴지로 치웠고 식기를 찾다가 식기세척기에서 정리되지 않은 상태로 발견 .찌꺼기가 남아있는 상태. 너무 더러워서 만지기가 싫음. 거기다 정리되어있던 그릇조차 검은 그을름이 있었다. 하여간 키친은 겉으로 보여지지 않는 부분 너무 신경 쓰지 않아서 넘 실망. 코로나 때문이라도 제발 신경써서 클린해야 할듯.

I leave this comment for future customers who will choose Townplace Suits by Marriott. Every customer should check your advance deposit after your trip because this hotel charged this fee in my case. Before I checked out of the hotel, I confirmed that it will not be charged with front desk employee several times but I paid over 370 dollars on three separate deposits. Moreover, I was not able to find one of advance deposits among them even in the receipts. After my business trip, I should make a complaint application and customer statement for this problem and submit them to my company & the credit card company & hotels.com. Now I have to reissue my company credit card due to this problem. I am going leave this comment on Marriott website (Marriott BONVOY) as well. It was the most terrible hotel I`ve stayed.

This was a really great stay. The hotel is clean and the staff was really friendly & helpful. Our only complaint was the bed was pretty worn down and hard. Otherwise, we were very impressed!

management could be better

I was pleased to see how well-equipped and clean the room was. I stayed in room 107 on the main floor. It had a full-size microwave, fridge, coffee maker with an ample supply of tea and coffee, dishwasher, dishes, etc. I didn't use them, but it was nice to see them available for a guest who would. would definitely recommend this hotel. Continental breakfast is included.

Breakfast was lacking on Saturday, August 1. No cream for coffee, fruit, yogurt, peanut butter and bagels. Toaster for the self serve breakfast is lacking with only two toast slots. Staff informed me they were experiencing delivery problems. Also, doom next to stairway very noisy throughout the night with constant door closing. Rooms are also cleaned every other day for a two night visit and my request for extra bathroom tissue was not fulfilled.

An amazing hotel to stay in! A spacious room with a lot of amenities inside of the room. The staff were lovely and very kind! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay always! Staff is attentive rooms are clean and breakfast is outstanding!

Friendly but ineffective housekeeping. When we checked in sheets had been used and made up. When we asked for and were promised fresh towels they did not arrive. Had to carry old towels to front desk to make an exchange. Breakfast is ok. Staff worked hard and were enthusiastic- especially about filling in a review

Nice clean modern hotel in a convenient location. We were only there for one night. Only complaint was the breakfast buffet was slow to get stocked. Lots of waiting on a Tuesday morning.
