I leave this comment for future customers who will choose Townplace Suits by Marriott. Every customer should check your advance deposit after your trip because this hotel charged this fee in my case. Before I checked out of the hotel, I confirmed that it will not be charged with front desk employee several times but I paid over 370 dollars on three separate deposits. Moreover, I was not able to find one of advance deposits among them even in the receipts. After my business trip, I should make a complaint application and customer statement for this problem and submit them to my company & the credit card company & hotels.com. Now I have to reissue my company credit card due to this problem. I am going leave this comment on Marriott website (Marriott BONVOY) as well. It was the most terrible hotel I`ve stayed.
