스텝들은친절하고 침대는 편안.전자렌지 냉장고는 커서 좋았다. 위치도 최고... 하지만 키친 청소 상태가 엉망이었다. 냉동실은 더러워서 직접 휴지로 치웠고 식기를 찾다가 식기세척기에서 정리되지 않은 상태로 발견 .찌꺼기가 남아있는 상태. 너무 더러워서 만지기가 싫음. 거기다 정리되어있던 그릇조차 검은 그을름이 있었다. 하여간 키친은 겉으로 보여지지 않는 부분 너무 신경 쓰지 않아서 넘 실망. 코로나 때문이라도 제발 신경써서 클린해야 할듯.

I leave this comment for future customers who will choose Townplace Suits by Marriott. Every customer should check your advance deposit after your trip because this hotel charged this fee in my case. Before I checked out of the hotel, I confirmed that it will not be charged with front desk employee several times but I paid over 370 dollars on three separate deposits. Moreover, I was not able to find one of advance deposits among them even in the receipts. After my business trip, I should make a complaint application and customer statement for this problem and submit them to my company & the credit card company & hotels.com. Now I have to reissue my company credit card due to this problem. I am going leave this comment on Marriott website (Marriott BONVOY) as well. It was the most terrible hotel I`ve stayed.

완벽하다.이가격이 이정도수준은 완전 최고다.우리 가족은 여행중인데 모든 일정 취소하고 이곳에서 머물고 싶어했을 정도로 여기 호텔은 최고다.다른 여행객들 꼭 런던에 방문할때 이 호텔을 이용하기 바랍니다.감사합니다.

I was surprised, in a good way, by how much we received in our room for the size. A go to place while in London now.

The Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, the best complementary breakfast I’ve ever had!

Comfortable, clean, quiet and free EV charging was a bonus.

The property was very pet-friendly. The staff at breakfast were excellent. The woman in charge continually replenished all the food, and announced when the additional food was available.

The hotel staff welcomed our family from the beginning of the stay to the end of our trip. The cook at the hotel was very friendly and kind. We had a great time and it was clean.

Everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when requests were made. The dining area is full of natural light and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of good options, and good, complimentary coffee is available at all times.

Such friendly staff, nice breakfast loved the sausage and hash browns.

Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities available for a variety of snacks and beverages. Breakfast options were ideal and staff was helpful

Staff was very nice. Room was very updated and clean. The suite had an large fridge with freezer, microwave, plates and utensils as well as a hot plate which i have never seen before in previous suites I had booked at other places. It was quite impressive. Would have likes an ice bucket and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast other than the omelet that is served which, in my opinion, inedible. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. Was offered water when checking in which was great we would book again.
