하룻밤 자기에는 숙소도 넓고 좋았습니다. 특히 고층을 주셔서 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다.

객실 청결도,서비스 최악 이네요. 침구류가 살이 닺는것 자체가 소름 돋아요

3인실로 예약했는데 2인용 침대 하나만 있고 나머지 1인은 소파에서 자라고 하는데 침대로 사용할만한 소파가 아니었음. 개선이 필요함. 각종 설비도 다소 노후화되었음

시설이 낡았고, 생수 서비스가 없음. 화장실에 드라이기는 전기가 안들어 옴. 위치는 다운타운에서 가깝고 근처에 한식당들이 있어 편리함

생각보다 넓은 공간에 깜짝놀랬습니다. 방과 거실 및 키친까지 따로 마련되어있어서 편했고, 요리를 할 수 있는 공간 및 전자랜지까지 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 가격대비 정말 좋은 숙소인 듯 합니다.

The concierges here are all wonderful people and go above and beyond to prioritize you. The rooms are gorgeous. My favourite place to unwind.

Staff are friendly; but it would've nice to hear an apology for there being NO HEAT in the room. We had to double-up our blankets.

The hotel unit was dated but clean. It is a large apartment style suite with full kitchen, bedroom and living room. It alsi includes a small balcony. I stayed in late October and the unit was cold as the windows were drafty. Overall, the hotel is a nice budget friendly place which is close to downtown and many attractions. The furniture was dated but the price was reasonable. I would stay there again.

The place is old and run down but clean. Location is good being fairly central and the included parking was great for our rental car. The service was great, our travel there was delayed by a day and the hotel was happy to refund the day that we didn't stay without us even asking. We would definitely stay there again

ロブソン通りに面したホテル。 駐車場は無料。 部屋はベッドルームにリビング、キッチンと家の様な間取りでした。 エアコンは無くヒーターのみ。 窓の開閉はスムーズではなかったです、掃除は行き届いてましたが古さは否めないです。 寝るだけで価格と立地重視の人にはお勧めですが神経質な人には不向きです。

For the price it was amazingly good

We had an amazing view. The staff were the best part. The lady that checked us in was the best part of the whole stay.

One evening I was just watching TV I heard a big bang at the door. I got up and saw that the door to my room was unlocked but the door latch stopped it from opening. I then open the door to see a guest opening the door to her room. She apologized for opening the wrong door. The latch on the door is the only way to secure the room from the inside as the door locks automatically when exiting the room. I notified the front desk of the incident and they assured me that every room has a different key. I told them that it wasn’t so as the next door room had unlocked my door with their key. They didn’t seem to be too concern…

The staff were wonderful, and the room was huge for the price! Furnishings were old and used and worn, but everything worked.

Great view and centrally located, only issue we had was the oven did not work in the room we were in. Only stayed one night so not a big issue for us.

I had good experience with staff as well as Location of the hotel.

The rooms are absolutely beat down. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Some of the lights were not working. Bathroom was gross. Basically the place looked like it was a homeless den from east side Hustings. Had to sleep in my clothes because on top of the bed just in case.
