The hotel was fairly updated and renovated. It was nice and cozy! We travelled for 16 hours in one day, there was no issues with checking in late at night. The restaurant was slow to seat, take our order, and cook the food but you can tell the waitress was trying her best to manage on her own. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

A beautiful hotel common areas. The hotel rooms themselves were standard, but clean and comfortable. We had dinner at Skal, the restaurant, and found everything there to be very good. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and was quite enjoyable. A nice stay for overnight.

Initial room was not clean. Hair in the tub, and Kleenex in the bedsheets and fruit flies in the bedroom. Customer service was great and provided us another room right away and upgraded the suite

Will not be returning until they replace their pin pad terminals at the front desk. For all deposits they end up asking for your credit card number to manually enter the details - which as everyone knows is not safe, and should never be done in this day and age. Tried to get breakfast ( simple Viking breakfast ) on Saturday morning at 9am ( three other tables ) waited over 25 mins for food and just ended up leaving. Hoping the owners take all the feedback from their guest and instead of responding to it, create a 90 day action plan and implementing it. If they don’t, this hotel will continue to see decline in business.

Also the room felt damp all the time. It might have been the AC, we should have said something.

Hotel was constantly surrounded by random shady looking guys hanging out around the entrances. The hallways were really dirty, the little robot vacuum wasn’t cutting it. The pool was fabulous though, super warm and sun shone in nicely.

It was alright when i checked into one of my rooms it wasn’t even cleaned there was garbage all over , bedding was gross. I’m wondering how that is going to be fixed. Yeah I got a new room but still that’s awful. I don’t want to have to share that experience

The property is nice and the room was super clean.
The front desk employees weren't the best though.
There was 4 front desk employees but only one guy processing check in. When I arrived they were checking in a Porter crew staff of about 6 individuals so I had to wait over 15 minutes to be checked in. No water bottles in the rooms and no breakfast included with the room.
Beds are comfortable and have different pillow options.

I did not sleep very well the night I spent there. The neighbors across the hall from me were going in and out into the wee hours of the morning. It was finally quiet when I left about 7am. I maybe slept 2 or 3 hrs and had to work the next morning.

Very expensive, CSR tried to challenge me on the rates when I told him Expedia was cheaper and he said Expedia rate was incorrect and even asked to see my cell for the app I was on.
