Amazing stay, loved the front desk staff, he was very helpful!

This is a get what you paid for situation. The building is worn, it’s not 100% clean, but the room worked for a quick place to stay, and honestly? The bed was soft and comfortable.

Pictures do not fit the hotel. Overall not very good. Very dated. Currently undergoing renovations. No staff around for assistance. Garbage in the lobby, sign at front desk to call for assistance. But the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. i anticipate the hotel will be better once the new owners are finished with the renos.

My recent stays here were over the top amazing and the staff and front desk was especially helpful with all of our needs and transferring from room to room was always easy and we were always welcomed to clean rooms.

Room was clean. Only issue was lack of shower curtain and the shampoo in the dispenser was empty. The restaurant was well priced with generous portions.

First time staying there, it was Easter weekend and there was construction going on Hammer Ing sledgehammers dirt and dust everywhere all kinds of materials, ladders boxes, tables, things in the hallway so you could barely pass with your suitcases. I don’t understand why they had to do construction at night as well, which was really hard to sleep for some of us. There was a constant weird ticking sound. I have no idea what that was from outside of a room, the concierge was rarely at the desk you had to call them for him to show up. There was no breakfast, but there was a restaurant there that separate from the hotel but part of it but all the staff was brand new. Didn’t really know what they’re doing took forever to get the food, but they were friendly and the food was decent. Some of the rooms were cold. Heat was not working. Some of the room smelled like cigarettes smoke.

The heating unit was not turned on when I entered the room so it got very chilly. When I turnd it on it was very noisy. I called the front desk a number of times but no one answered .Furthermore It also did not seem that the front desk was staffed.

Room was clean a comfortable bed.

The front desk staff I had was a man that made our stay amazing he was very helpful with our online booking and even upgraded us to a king size bed very kind gentleman after a long nights drive it was refreshing to say the least! Very clean and organized abolishment id recommend this hotel to my family and friends any day!
