The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. On our last visit they’d “run out” of apples. This time, they’d run out of yogurt. The breakfast, in general, is disappointing. It would be nice to see freshly baked muffins, rather than run-of-the-mill wrapped ones. It would also be nice to see bananas AND apples available.
In the past, we’ve always enjoyed dinner at The Port House Restaurant attached to the hotel. On our recent visit, the choice of mains was deplorable: 2 steak and 3 fish. No sign of chicken or pasta. And the steak was simply dreadful with gristle running through it at every bite.
It’s also most enjoyable having drinks and/or food out on the lovely patio overlooking Lake Ontario.
While our room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the park/lake, our stay would have been much more enjoyable if the food choices had been more thoughtful. We are returning with friends in September, and will definitely be looking for improvement.

Overall good except when I reserved I expressed needing an accessible room. There were no grab bars available for the toilet. When I told front desk ,I felt dismissed.The toilet seat was loose probably from others trying to get up.

The outside of the hotel and the location is absolutely amazing but they put us in the lower level with the pool and what not as soon as you go into the room there’s like a smell no amount of AC health to get rid of that smell also the bathroom tub needed to be renovated because it was gross like water coming out of the bottom
Plus, they charge for parking in Burlington. We parking is free on the streets just for people that are visiting.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propre.
Le petit déjeuner était bon avec plusieurs variétés de choix L'emplacement est parfait avec des shops ,restaurants et le bord de l'eau à proximité. Le gros problème était le stationnement :malgré que le stationnement était payant ,il est arrivé de parquer plus loin car il n'y avait pas de place disponible pour parquer ce qui n'est pas idéal quand on a de jeunes enfants et quand on rentre tard.Aussi il est arrivé que les lits ne soient pas dressés.

Overall a great place. Right on the water. But it could be kind of busy especially on the weekends along the waterfront. The breakfast was overall pretty good. The only downside was the parking. Although they did have some on site, you had to pay a little over $20 a day and it was so busy you struggled to find any parking. Had a backup spot about a block down the road but still kind of annoying.

No self serve breakfast Sunday ,charged $44 for parking never mentioned by any one filled out auto details on check in with lic plate for parking no mention of fees ,very noisey hotel doors closing and street traffic poor place to stay .
